Pre-treatment (mostly bleach, which leaves a putrid smell for days) left stains on my deck furniture (table, chairs, umbrella, glider, grill cover, and lounge chairs). This could have been avoided if items had been covered properly or removed. The power washing job itself on my deck and rails was satisfactory.

We were very pleased with the job
