Since I didn't used them I can't say I would muse them again. We didn't use then because they were quite more expensive. But like I said they may be the best practices guys

Bill called back right away and we set up a date 2 days later. He came on time, sprayed the nest area and it resolved the problem. He also said his work was guaranteed for 90 days, in case we had a reoccurring problem. The initial spraying completely took care of the nest. Other providers has estimated the same job for 2 1/2 times the cost charged by Acorn.

PERFECT! Came out, sprayed the spot AND THEN looked around the house to see if there were any other nests being built. THAT I did not expect. Sure enough, found another one. Took care of both nest - and did NOT charge me extra as so many other companies do. USE THIS COMPANY! They are professional and honest!! And they did the job they were hired to do. Bees are gone! So hard to find today!

He came when scheduled. He recognized type of insect and knew nesting habits. He used a special spray so insects would track poison back into nest. 1st application killed nest, but larvae kept hatching and getting into house. He came back twice in two weeks, promptly, no grumbling, no extra charge. Finally got them all!

They did a good job and I am happy with their service.

The exterminator was very flexible in his timing and arrived on time. He did a look around with me and listened to my description of my ant infestation. He then explained what he would do and patiently answered all my questions. As he applied the poison, he worked methodically to check every part of the house and the trees for signs of a nest. He took about an hour to do so. Although he said it could be a while before I could see results, within two days the infestation was gone. Acorn clearly knows their business and I'll be calling them soon about a mouse problem.

I was concerned about two beetles that I caught in my basement, fearing they were wood destructive. The beetles were identified as common ground beetles (nothing to be concerned about). The technicians investigated the basement for possible damage; no active sites were found. He also left a post outside to see if there was termite activity near the house. I was extremely pleased with the thoroughness of the visit. Everything was explained and I was relieved with the end result. I strongly recommend Acorn Exterminating.

Technician provided step-by-step directions on how to rid carpenter bees and avoid future returns. I found him honest, helpful and professional in his conduct. I have used this company about 4-5 years ago to treat terminte and carpenter ants. The person was honest and professional and very knowledgeable about the various treatments offered in the industry and its effectiveness. Although I wanted to do preventive measures, he guided me on what I really needed and saved me a lot of money on unnecessary treatments and additional visits I did not need. That kind of honestly grows a loyal customer. I would recommend this company.
