Mike did a job for my friend and it was fantastic, he went above and beyond to get everything up and running and in the timeframe promised. He came in on budget but did more than required. Thank you so much for your integrity, I will definitely recommend you again!

I hired Mike Vitorino of OGS Technology to build e a Data Base for my business, I sent him info on what I wanted, met at my office, went over every thing, he got me a price and contract, signed contract and sent a deposit and he took the job, the Contract stated "Approx. 14 day turn around" after not hearing from Mike I sent an Email on 11/4/13 and asked "how we making out?" got back fro him "... out of pawer, will send you screen shots in a couple of minutes...all that is left is to add feature to generate invoice....I am thinking the final product will be done by Thursday (11/8/12) then we need 24 hours to test....". 11/11/12 I sent him another Email "just checking how we doing?" and got this back from him, "...it is on our list and will continue working on it 1st thing tomorrow morning" 11/20/12 I sent him, "how we making out?...", and got this back from him "I was going to up date you this morning. The database will be ready tomorrow night.....I apologize for not updating you sooner, but we are almost at the finish line.", 12/3/12 I sent, "mike whats going on...please return my deposit", 12/17/12 i sent "I called and emailed and nothing from you....", I reported him to CT BBB and he did not answer that request to resolve this matter, 1/31/13 I filed in small Claims Court 6/17/13 after he did not respond to Small Claims I was granted the Judgement, then had it served and my money taken out of his bank account, after I got my check I sent him an Email stating they took my money out of his account and he responded by saying "thats fine, that account has over a million dollars in it"...what a jerk, with any luck you will read this before you do any work with this company of Mike Vitorino.

I hired Mike Vitorino owner of OGS Technology to build an Apple Data Base, I sent him a list of what I wanted done, we met at my office agreed on a price and sent him a deposit, contract states "approx. 14 day turn around", on 11/11/12 I asked "how we doing", and got this back "...we are pretty close a solution. It is #1 on our list and we will continue working on it first thing tomorrow morning", on 11/20/12 I checked back again and got this "...The database will be ready for you tomorrow night....", then on 11/23/12 got this "We are just working out the kinks in the database and will be sending you the final product this weekend" and have not heard from him since, I filed a complaint with the BBB and he did not answer that, I asked for my deposit back and still nothing, I called and he answered the phone as soon as I told him it was me he hung up , I called right back and hot his answering service, I will have to take him to small claims court and will up date after that.
