Customer service was horrible. I called to get a dumpster for a Friday, the lady called me back saying hey because it?s a long weekend due to a holiday can we drop it up Thursday instead. I was like yeah sure that works for me. Thursday comes I called to confirm and she tells me it?s definitely getting delivered it never came Thursday I waited all day. Instead it got There Friday. On top of that I didn?t even have it for a full week they came Thursday at 6 Am instead of Friday. I called and the lady was with an attitude saying oh we gave it for you for a week we dropped it off Thursday to Thursday I was like no I waited all day and it never came that day and I have cameras on my property that attest to that. She was no Help

Delivered Dumpster on time. Very courteous service. We were getting rid of all our dated furniture, tearing up old rugs and getting rid of items not used now. Like tv stands, end tables, etc. dining room table etc The dumpster due to be picked up this Friday. Rented the 20yard dumpster. It holds a lot of my junk going out.

Miller Carting was so professional from the office assistant who schedules and the man dropping off and picking up the dumpster, very friendly. I voiced my concern to the office for having a fairly new driveway and she said they would put the dumpster on planks of wood and they did. I looked into the dumpster bags that you purchase and then schedule a pick up and read so many bad reviews and I would have spent more money on that at a smaller size! Glad I found Miller Carting on Home Advisor.

On. Time and professional

I had my dumpster for approx 45 days. Paid the first month and just this past week, I was called and told that they needed to collect the dumpster because of the time frame I had it and that other customers needed it. They billed me, due date April 12, 2022. HOWEVER, they wanted immediate payment. I explained that I did not have the money until my next pension check. Had a lot of extra expenditures related to my cleanup job. So, because I could not do the immediate payment as they requested, even though the invoice clearly stated due date April 12th...when they collected their dumpster, they had EMPTIED the dumpster in the yard and carted it away empty. The property does not belong to me onto which they emptied the refuse. I told them I would report them to the City of Bridgeport Anti Blight dept, and have the City pursue legal action against them for illegal dumping.

Anthony, Kirk, and Bill were excellent! I highly recommend this group, flexible, help me with all of my challenges during a massive remodeling in Connecticut. Love these guys, would hire again
