In January, These guys are contracted with American Home Shield, our home warranty company, so we were forced to use them. The first guy, Ezra came out to look at our shower that was not working. He said it was an easy fix, but didn't have the part, so would need to come back. After not hearing from them for over 2 weeks, I called them, and got a lame excuse as to why he hadn't followed up. Next, Andre came and changed the faucet cartridge-which did not fix the problem . He said we needed a new faucet and that he would be back next week to replace it. Fast forward 6 weeks... numerous calls to American Home Shield and no response from EZ maintenance. End of March; We still don’t have a functioning shower. Don't waste your money on a hack; go to a reputable company, even if it costs a bit more. This place is a joke, and so is AHS, they were both fired.

I had paid $99 for 2 hours of work and assumed that would have to occur during normal weekday hours. They actually came out on a Saturday, which was a surprise to me. They called ahead, gave me an estimated time of arrival and arrived on time. When they went to turn off the water, they noticed my kitchen sink seals were also leaking a bit. I hadn't even noticed that. So, despite the fact my initial goal was just the tub faucet, they repaired both the tub and kitchen faucet!

Started out better than it ended up. Plumbing was told was all working and wasn't hooked up a day after they left so big leak all over floor. Tore up cabinet supports and weren't concerned about it.

The plumber also suggested a replacement of pipe even though our current fireplace pipe was new and up to code. Another plumber came by and looked at our installation and indicted we should do nothing since our fireplace pipe was newly installed and up to code.

They replaced both faucets. But one of them is installed backwards and technician never came back to replace knob had to buy it myself. Also bought 2 hrs labor and tech was only there 45 minutes and my texts went unanswered so faucets don't leak anymore but was left unsatisfied with work.

Our toilet needed to be reinstalled but the flange needed to be lowered and the Tech was able to fine a part hat saved time (and money) that adjusted the height without cutting and replacing the PVC pipe. Also we saved money on replacing the shower trim kit instead of replacing the complete shower and faucet.

Returned phone calls in a timely manner. Prompt service and when they couldn't make it due to an overnight emergency called to reschedule

They were professional, courteous, and quick. The only negative was that they were extremely late. Problem on prior job...it happens. I paid $119/2 hrs. work. It only took them 40 mins. but that is a plus in my book. Home Depot wanted $189 just to install the faucet. I would definitely recommend them.

Ezra was efficient, pleasant, and accommodating.

Initially they showed up a wrong day prior to scheduled date of service. But on the day of the service they didn't show up on time so i had to call to remind them. after 1 1/2 hour 2 people shown up and replaced pipe to the fridge. They started working on my baseboard pipe, without turning off the Furnace they started draining the hot-water from pipes. I had to intevene and turn off the thermostats. After the repair they checked for the leakages and left the place after turning on the furnace, without clearing the mess they made. I had to vacuum the whole place. Once they left I have noticed the baseboard pipes making weird noise as if water is flowing. But after a while there isn't any heat and the whole place turned cold. Called their office and the boss asked me to see if pilot light is ON and then concluded there is lot of air in the pipes which they didn't purge after the repair. Next day their boss showed up and purged one zone and let the place after confirming the heat is ON. But my Zone 2 wasn't warming and i had call them to come fix it as my Zone 2 is all bedrooms. I was told they can't come and will try come next day. We survived that night but they never showed up the next day and i had to call a different contractor as an emergency call and purge air from the Zone 2. It costed me $240 extra.

The guys came in and went to work right away. Answered all my questions and were very professional. They used some materials I had on hand, which was great, and I didn't think I was going to incur any extra expenses. Then 2 weeks later I got a call from the manager and was informed that they hadn't charged me the correct price for some parts they had provided. This came as a surprise as I'd thought everything had been completely paid for.

Hardware installed adequately. However, the servicemen took a bath towel without asking (so stolen) and they took the original hardware. I was not present, I had a family member let them in. And they did not give me a courtesy call when finished.

We had an appointment set from 2-4 today. He claims that he showed up early but I was home all afternoon and never heard anyone knocking at the door. I called him to ask where he was and he said he could not fit me in today and wondered if I was available Monday. He should have kept the appointment that we originally had or he should have called me sooner to let me know what was going on.

Excellent service! The technicians arrived early and were very professional. Completed the work quickly and best of all, the price was a fraction of the cost previously paid to a local "big name" home service company. I highly recommend E-Z Service and will use them again!

Ezra and his guys showed up super-quick, worked hard until issue was resolved and charged well below what I was expecting! Nice guys, professional, easy to work with!

Great duo was sent out. They arrived on schedule, did the work quickly. Cleaned up afterward. Great work. Reasonable price. Easy to organize.
