Description of Work: Rats had found their way into our attic by climbing up the corners of the house to the eaves. Big Bear trapped and removed them, and blocked off access for future explorers.

Description of Work: Greg showed up just as I was rushing out the door to take my mother to the airport, demanded full payment for services up front, left a bag of peanuts and a tub of peanut butter outside my back door which the raccoons raided over night, and became difficult, argumentative, and disrespectful when I called him this morning to clarify expectations and outcomes. When he demanded $175.00 extra to bait and check the have a heart traps daily, I suggested that since he had already been paid $275.000, and no work was done, that he wait until the job was complete for the extra funds he demanded. At this point he became very upset, accused me of questioning his integrity, although he seemed to have no problem questioning mine, and quit. He has promised me a refund, but I will believe it when I see it. No work was done. This man is clearly a male chauvinist pig.

Description of Work: He removed bats seen around my garage vent and secured the area.

Description of Work: He removed all the squirrels from my attic. He came as many times as it took to get the job done. I couldn't be more please with the service and I highly recommend Big Bear!

Description of Work: I thought I had a wild animal (squirrel, raccoon, etc. ) in my attic since all the insulation was chewed up and a plastic water pipe looked to be chewed as well. Big Bear came and assessed the damage stating it didn't look like any wild animals were there, no real explanation for the insulation or pipe, but did find some evidence of Bats trying to get in throughout the exhaust fan, which is remedied.

Description of Work: Gregg from Big Bear Wildlife Control had the best price I could find in the area. Gregg caught a squirrel in my bathroom and removed it quickly. He was very nice, professional, and good at his job. He charged $175 to remove the squirrel in the bathroom and deducted that from the $250 charge for setting a trap and checking it every day. He then would charge $15/animal removed. He found a hole and nest in the attic and installed wire mesh to plug the hole.

Description of Work: Trapped and removed using humane trap a squirrel that was getting into the house. Determined the point of entry and placed a number of traps along the area and in the yard. After the squirrel was removed and there were no traces of other squirrels in the house, he sealed the entry point so other animals could not get in. He also identified several other areas that were potential access points and sealed them.

Description of Work: Inspected interior and exterior of house and garage, identified possible sites of intrusion, set and baited mousetraps in the attic crawl space, provided advice for simple solutions for keeping pests and rodents out.

We also talked about a total solution for the building. We walked around and looked at all the holes we could see from the ground. He offered to write up a bid for the whole job. It would involve continued trapping, and then fixing all holes with wire mesh and foam, potentially some small carpentry. He'll send me the bid. His initial guess was around $1600, and my landlord decided that he would do the big project himself.

Description of Work: I found a squarrel behind wall. They came quickly and on time. They were very reasonable and perfomed job perfectly. They came back to check at no additional charge. GREAT SERVICE

Description of Work: We had a raccoon and possum that kept visiting us at the end of the summer. Every night I would hear them at the back door scratching to get in. Strange as it is they were taking turns every few hours. I needed them to be removed so I could sleep without worrying one was going to get in and hurt my cats or my kids!
