+ -1 moreVery wet weather delayed starting the job, but Brian was meticulous in keeping in touch to post me on target work start. Once underway, a cheerful crew proved utterly professional. I was given clear instructions as to when pets could/could not be outside, mats were brought in to ensure that heavy equipment could access the site without damaging the lawns, and the site was left cleaner and neater than the crew found it.
Description of Work: Two extremely large (upto eight foot diameter) and precarious trees needed to be cut down and removed. Each was in an awkward location relative to propane tanks, other trees and structures. In assessing the job, Brian Watkins was quick to ask about any unseen obstacles (buried pipes etc), whereas other tree services who bid on the job merely griped about the visible challenges. Monsoon like weather rendered ground soft and lawns vulnerable to damage.
