Leased car and routine maintenance. 1 recall, brought it in 2x for the same recall, each time they had it 2-3 days. Each time they didn't have the part. Had problems at the end of the lease and the manager did not return several phone calls. They were very attentive when we were looking for a car, it fell off quickly once the deal was signed. The Audi was great but the dealer was NOT. Go to another dealer who cares about your business.

The WORST experience I had in my life and the MOST REGRETTABLE MISTAKE of my life is buying my vehicle from them. Let me start with the first day: The sales people are completely unprofessional who behave rudely and offensive as if they are some dealership not from planet earth when customers try to ask for a better price. They will ask you to sign documents during the purchase which contradict their claims that the dealership fees are non-negotiable while the documents that you sign clearly say"this fee is negotiable". When you reach out to them, they will simply say "oh! we would have decreased the price by some 10 dollars, so it is non-negotiable". Then the bank manager who should approve my loan says:"The documents you signed on your purchase day and the documents they sent for me to review and issue a check have different purchase order numbers and different charges for the registration. They look like a shady practice". The bank manager had to spend at least 2 hours to get in touch with the finance manager who says"We are sorry for this. We only provided an estimate on the day of purchase and today we are providing a better estimate and will refund him the balance amount". I insisted to the finance manager at the Hoffman Audi that I will pay them if there are additional charges but for now to go ahead with the initial purchase order number to avoid this confusion with the loan officer at the bank. The finance manager agreed with me but did not change it. So I was like it is ok losing just a couple of hundred dollars is okay. So when the vehicle was delivered, my temporary registration paper was a plain A4 size regular copy paper pasted INSIDE of my car glass that looked the worst for any body who looks at the Audi as a symbol of pride. When I contacted the sales person why the temporary registration paper is not the regular water-proof paper that is sticked on the number plate OUTSIDE the car, they replied saying"It does not matter, you will have your license plate in no time". 1 month passed: When it is time for my full registration and license plates to arrive, the Hoffman Audi group did not register my vehicle on time and the temporary registration expired. I had to use rental car/uber to go to work as my temporary registration expired. Believe me, de spite owning a car I had to rent car not for pleasure but because I purchased from such a nasty group. Then I will have to tell you another embarrassing thing: When I bought the car they have failed to provide a second key for my car and told they will mail it to me within 1 week. But days passed, weeks passed, months passed and I did not receive my key. When I try to get in touch with sales person who sold the vehicle, they will never pick my call but then text me later saying they were busy and that they are working on my issue. When I finally manage to get in contact with the sales person he replies "I am just a sales person and unfortunately after the vehicle is sold I cannot do much". After this huge painstaking process, multiple phone calls and attempts to reach out to them, they told they have ordered the key and once it gets there, they will mail it to me but I have to go another Audi showroom near me and pay a 80-100 dollar fee to get it activated which they "will refund"[who knows]. So the bottom line is, Hoffman Audi is the worst group you should think buying your vehicle from. In case you think you are the spokes person for all the happiness in the world, then you should go and try buying vehicle from them and I am sure you will end up becoming a different person who has to deal with major embarrassments and stupid answers from a bunch of stupid people.

Bought a 2009 Audi A4 in 2011. Had a minor dent in the rear passenger door, which they fixed prior to sale. On attempting to trade it in, I then found out the car had apparently been in a sizable accident, to the point where "most of it had been repainted" according to the Audi dealer selling me another car. This brought the trade-in value down by some $2,000.
Description of Work: Did not tell me that the certified preowned car I bought had been in a major accident that dramatically lowered its price on attepted trade-in.

I have purchased two Audi automobiles, one at Hoffman Audi. The service department at Hoffman Audi is truly outstanding. I am offered a loaner car, but sometimes I opt to remain in the waiting area because it is clean, comfortable leather couch/ seating that reclines, a mounted TV, coffee and a free electronic device charging station (like at the air terminals). The intake process is quick and their staff are all very professional. My car is usually ready earlier than the promised time.
Description of Work: On different occasions: scheduled maintenance, changing tires from performance to snow, minor other issues.

The car was in on Monday, and back on Thursday.
Description of Work: In conjunction with Geico, this auto dealership/auto body shop fixed a serious dent in my car in four days. Maybe a really practiced eye could tell, but I thought the workmanship was perfect. I have no idea of the cost since Geico paid for it all through the insured person who slid across a piece of ice into my car.

They provided a free inspection and found several problems wrong. I maintain my car extremely well so I knew it didn't have any problems. I took it to my regular guy, Tony's Import Car Service in Manchester, for a second opinion. They found nothing wrong! Looks like Hoffman Audi just wants to make money by creating false problems with my car! Beware!!!

I promised a follow-up when Hoffman replaced my door seals. There was a communications break down. I had been showing them the door seal around the top of the door, but their service technician had noticed that the door seal around the inner door had been installed with a twist at the factory. So they were talking about a different door seal than the one I showed them with the problem. The second time we took the car in the service was better, though I think their notes to each other should be more thorough. This time they installed the inner door seal, they washed the car as is their practice (but which they hadn't done the last two times). There was still a mix-up about the appointment times. The e-mails I got regarding appointment times didn't match the day they told me when I set up the appointment in the first place. I haven't had any problems with the door seal since. Later, in January, I was near their service department when my low tire pressure alarm went off. I stopped in in the middle of that snow storm with no appointment. They fitted me into their schedule, re-inflated the tires that had been last inflated in August, adjusted the tire pressure alarm for winter, and sent us on our way in an hour with half an hour of shop time as the charge. Not bad.
Description of Work: Replace door seals on rear doors. Inflated tires and adjusted tire pressure alarm.

I bought a 2012 Ford Focus in August. The first time I drove it in the rain, there was a drip through the driver's door seal that landed on my leg and I also noticed that the left rear door seal was coming off. So I called and made a service appointment to fix both those things. Every new car can have a few things like this wrong and I'm not fussed that it happened in the first place. I had no problem making an appointment right away with a replacement car to drive while the car was in the shop. Evidently, even though we had made an appointment with Hoffman, Hoffman had not made arrangements with the rental car company they use for replacement cars. I'm not sure exactly what happened there, but my wife was given a huge passenger van (!) to drive and we were told we would have to pay for the gas. I called the service department around noon to find out when the car would be ready as my wife needed to know if she should drive to Hoffman from work or drive home and if the service would be complete that day or if we would need to keep the van another day. They didn't know when the car would be ready and I was told they wouldn't know until 3:30 when it would be ready. The car was ready when I called back at 3:30 so my wife went to pick it up. Hoffman says they wash the cars after service but they didn't wash our car and left a hand print on the roof. When I checked the door seal, it was still loose, though not halfway off as before. The leak in the driver's side door has not re-occurred. Because I had an appointment in November for the first free oil change, I decided to wait until then to ask about the loose door seal. At 7:30am on the day of my oil change appointment I called the service department to ask what time my appointment was. Both the web site and the phone tree messages say that the service department is open at 7:30. They were closed. I called at 7:45, 8:00 and 8:15 and they were still closed. No one answered the phone until 8:30 and then it took another phone call and several go-arounds with the phone tree and 11 minutes before I could speak with a person in the service department. Despite an e-mail from Hoffman stating the date of my appointment, I wasn't on their list for an appointment that day. The receptionist said to come in anyway so we did. They changed the oil and looked at the seals on the doors and told me I would have to bring the car back to have both rear door seals replaced. I asked why I hadn't been told that at the first service visit but the service manager did not know. The service manager apologized for not being able to wash my car on a weekend so I told him it hadn't been washed last time either even though that had been a week day. Oh, and both times they didn't close the hatch back properly. (No big deal and I wouldn't even mention if it hadn't been for everything else.) So, they are ordering a door seal for each of the two rear doors and I will have to make another appointment to have them installed. I'll leave another rating after that service appointment.
Description of Work: Fix drip in driver's door seal. Fix left rear passenger door seal, which was half way off the door and hanging loose. Oil change.

It was a very positive experience. It seemed that they didn't do more work than was necessary. If something didn't need to be done, they would tell you that it didn't really need to be done. It wasn't like some service places that would try and pile on other work. They were very honeset about what they felt the condition of the vehicle was.

Three words: "Bait and Switch." I would not write a negative review for a dealership based upon one salesmen using "bait and switch," but this has happened to us repeatedly at this dealership.

I actually liked this place because I was in and out really quickly with my new vehicle. The people were very nice. I also liked the atmosphere of the building. I knew what vehicle I wanted before I went there, so I called ahead to see if one was available. Everyone was very helpful.
