Fournier Irrigation

We interviewed a number of the top-rated irrigation companies before having Fournier install a full-lawn and garden watering system on our property. Fournier stood out as the best from our initial contact, to the detail of the estimate and plan, to the quality of their work. A special mention to the point person on the job Adam M. He was prompt and thorough answering all questions. If he said something would happen by a certain date, it happened. Fournier also went the extra mile installing lighting conduit for an outdoor lighting system we had installed by the also excellent Bahler Brothers. I didn't have to coordinate anything, the two companies worked together seamlessly. A week or two after the system was installed, Adam came back to make sure it was working properly and I understood how to use the app to set programs etc. First rate from start to finish.

Very professional company. Very prompt in responding to any calls or email inquiries we made during the process (getting an estimate/quote through fulfilling contract). Crew arrived as promised at the time they stated. Adam stopped by during the initial quote and development of the proposal, walked us through the installation process and the different products and services Fournier used and offered. Very prompt with getting us estimates, materials provided were very professional and every person I spoke with through the process answered all our questions. Fournier makes all the arrangements with the pre-work needed to establish the needed plumbing and any needs for 'call before you dig' marking of power/utility lines. Living in Coventry, you would know we have rocks that seem to spawn more rocks. Through all the obstacles, the crew that came out did an excellent job installing, replacing any sod and spread a GENEROUS amount of grass seed in all areas needing to be reseeded. Clean up was fantastic as well. After installation, the head crew member explained the system we selected, explained the various functions and what would happen at start and end of each season. We did have a couple of heads that needed attention (clogged heads) and Adam came back to make sure the were taken care of and we were back in good shape. Couldn't be happier with the quality, professionalism and attention to detail Fournier and their staff demonstrated. Highly recommend

Very professional and on time. Adam stopped by my property on time for the estimate and walked through the installation process and Fournier's services offering. He was very prompt with estimates answered all our questions. After we signed the contract, they did the plumbing and installation right in time. They did an awesome job in cleaning up too.

They are very good. They let you know when they are coming. I have always been able to reach them. It has not been a problem ever. They are responsive. I find the price to be reasonable. Their workers are quite efficient. It is usually one guy that comes, and he is quite good. I have done that kind of work myself in the past. They keep their appointments. Their professionalism is excellent. I will use them again next year.

The tech walked me through all the stations, gave me a few ideas for improving but didn't push anything. Good experience overall. Price reflects yearly payment for 2 visits, to activate and winterize the system.

Fournier was recommended to me by a neighbor. I definitely compared prices and plans with other local companies before deciding to choose Fournier. I was very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism that each and every employee of this company had. From sales all the way through installation, everything went smoothly. They even neatened up the lawn and flower beds afterward installation so that you barely knew they had been there. They made any necessary adjustments to the sprinkler heads after we had been using the system for a bit. Then they came back out in the fall to winterize the system to prevent any water from freezing in the pipes. I felt the prices were definitely fair and the customer service was top notch. I would absolutely recommend Fournier to anyone looking for an irrigation system.

Will was our installer team lead. He was very professional and explain the whole process as well as how to program the system. I would highly recommend Fournier. Today they sent us a laminated mapping showing an approximate location of each of the sprinkler heads as well as the underground plumbing.

On schedule. Very clean work.

They are a spring and fall inspection and service. Their pricing is okay. They are very professional. To do better there were little things the last time that involved getting all the sprinklers turned on correctly. They turn it off in the fall and then they turn it on. Somehow it did not go as well this time.

I called this company to inquire about winterization for my home. I was disturbed to find out from the receptionist that this company's policy is for new consumers to pay in full prior to them coming out to perform their service. the explanation that I received is this is our policy due to being burnt by past customers. First and foremost, a deposit would be reasonable. Other customers who have excellent credit like myself, should not have to feel punished due to the past business of others. I offered to leave a deposit as I didn't feel comfortable as this company is new and I am fearful of a no show since I do not know their service history. I have never seen any irrigation business ask for services paid in full prior to the completion of a job, especially for new customers. Perhaps it would be beneficial to alter your policies consider a deposit for first time customers as you are losing excellent customers like myself. Not a good way to do business.

We've used Fournier now for 2 years to service the irrigation system that was installed by another company. As soon as the 1 year warranty period was over with the other irrigation company, we set up a service plan with Fournier and couldn't be happier. We regret not having Fournier install our irrigation system 3 years ago, because we would have gotten better quality materials, especially the valves and sprinkler heads, and much better service, responsiveness, professionalism, and general overall good, positive attitudes from all of the employees both in the office and in the field, during the warranty period and during each year with their service contract. If you are looking for quality workmanship, service, positive attitudes, and prompt attention to issues that may come up, we do highly recommend hiring Fournier Irrigation for the installation and service of your irrigation system.

I had an Angie's list contractor replace a sidewalk for me last fall and they ruined the sprinkler system while they worked. They told me they couldn't put some of the sprinkler heads back where it was because it couldn't run under the sidewalk (even though it was already under the sidewalk they were replacing) Fournier came out and repaired the ruined system, replaced damaged, broken, or missing heads, re-ran the pipe and explained how they CAN rerun it back under the side walk, should I choose to have it redone. I'd recommend Fournier for all your irrigation needs. They're fabulous!

great job!! Chris arrived on time for the initial appointment for the estimate and gave us a detailed esitmate, price was competitive with others, crew arrive on the day and time they indicatied they would. Everything went very will. if we had known it would be this easy we would have had them do it a long time ago,,,,
