My system was working fine. I called them for annual tune up. They broke 2 of my furnace and and charged me over thousand dollars to fix 1 of them.The technician did not know what he was doing. I had to call the gas company for a leakage that they caused. They dismantled one of my furnace and for over 2 weeks I was left with no heat. I finally had to get a different company to come fix the problem they left behind. Please avoid them at all cost. Terrible service! I have never experienced such a nasty service from a company.

They did a great job, they cleaned the furnace very well, educated me, and did a great job. Love smaller companies as they aren't trying to push a sale. I did extensive research on companies to do a real furnace cleaning and not just an inspection., they came, cleaned and they conquered.

This all started with requesting this company to do a tune up of my AC unit. they came out and did the check up stated everything is fine with my unit but recommended I change my older thermostat for better efficiency. I went ahead with the recommendation and changed my thermostat. Before they left that day id did not occur to me to check my AC to see if it still worked because I had no issues with my system before. I tried to use my AC 2 weeks later and it was not cooling my house at all I went to look outside and noticed that the fan was not spinning so I assumed this may be the cause. I reached out to this company and made them aware that my system is no longer working after they did their TUNE UP and changed my thermostat. They sent a tech back out and the tech fixed the issue stating there was a bad wire and said there will be a charge of $230 and he recommends "tune up" . I already paid for a tune up 2 weeks earlier and they said my system was fine. Though my system worked perfectly fine before they touched anything. So I called the same day to dispute the charges that evening to no resolve. the next morning I called again and made them aware that it is still not working. The person told me the came back to my house and took the wire that he put in back out.THESE PEOPLE CAME BACK TO MY HOUSE THE SAME NIGHT AND RIPPED THE WIRES OUT OF MY SYSTEM SO THAT IT WOULD NOT WORK. all because I disputed the so called charges. without making me aware they went unto my property and disconnected my system entirely. I will be reporting them to the police. However I do not want anyone else to be affected as I was by this company

This is a company to avoid. They have the curious knack of doing normal maintenance on a system and breaking the system in the process. I hired them to work on a small office building with 4 zones. In the spring, they left one system without refrigerant causing the system to freeze with water damage all over the place. They left another system non-operational. And of the the two remaining systems, you would swear from the dust webs, they did not touch one of them. The fall maintenance was much worse. First they did not show. When they did show, they "serviced" the main system and immediately left the building. The system was left non-functional. No heat. It was working fine before the arrived. They refused to return giving evidence of a guilty conscience. Well the main circuit board was zapped. Easy to do if you fail to ground yourself before touching it. It cost me $900 to have another HVAC company repair. This is a contractor who is late, does faultly work and does not stand behind his work. I gave him two stikes at my cost. I was an idoit. I should have just fired him the moment he broke the first unit.

East Hartford Heating & Cooling LLC were excellent. Excellent is the word you would use for them. They came out when they said they would. I called them when I had a busted out water heater, and they were here within two hours. They are excellent.
