Drain medic was very poor in performing the work needed to be done. Raphael left my basement is a horrible, horrible mess. There was raw sewage on my walls and floor. This service cost me 2,250 for this mess. He was also very unprofessional in scaring the tenants. I had to have an environmental cleanup company come by a clean after this joker. Please pleas with sugar on top don’t use this guy.
Description of Work: Clear water main.

Well, after about 3 hours in my house snaking and draining pipes in the basement, etc. I GOT THE FEELING THAT HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING and I hope my bathroom downstairs is alright because I WILL SUE HIM if there is ever any damage from his work!!!!!
Description of Work: He snaked the pipes in the bathroom downstairs. He was here for approx. 3 hours. I got the feeling he did not know what he was doing and got very nervous!!!! He even had me lift up the paneling in the room off the bath to get to another pipe, as he told me there was a blockage in the toilet piping. He did clean up fairly well but I had splashed walls that were brown!!! Had to use Bleach on the walls and also some fecal material on the floors. He put the toilet back okay. Will NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN. He gave me a feeling as I said again of not knowing what he was doing and painting a picture of doom, like maybe your main pipe is cracked and How do I know he did not cause this initially because I was very upset and do not have any confidence in this man at all!

I had a main line back up it was Sunday evening and I had to get fixes ASAP since I could not use anything or I would have a flood in my house. I saw several ads for 150.00 to clear the main line I called them but unfortunately they did not call me back promptly. I got the call from Rafael the Drain Medic and he was over my house within a half an hour. He seemed very professional, very clean and pleasant man. He looked at the problem and told me he could do it but he only puts the sanke through once for the price he went in his truck and got me to sign a paper stating the service was going to be 385.00 to complete I thought that was very high in price but needed it done and now it was aeound 8:30 in the evening. So I told him to go ahead. Little did I know that after he emptied the main line of the back up he told me he does not remove and dispose of it. I had this service performed many times in the past at least 5 times and never before did the person performimg the service not empty the back up all they have to do is dump in backyard I have woods in my backyard. I thought that really sinks now you are paying this man almost 400.00 for 1/2 hour service that he snakes only once if it got stuck and he had to pull out he would not put in again unless he charged me more money I have never heard that before either. And now he is not emptied the back up so for putting a snake in the pipe cost me 385.00 dollars that is a big rip off. I have always paid under 200.00 for this same service from the other companies who are very careful in not making a mess, and cleaning up afterwards and also if the snake got stuck would retrack and try again at no add'l cost. This guy reminded me of a premadonna who likes the money but not really likes working a lot. The other thing that was very disturbing to me is I asked for a receipt for the services he would not give me a receipt he told me he was an honest guy and I don't need a receipt. I do need a receipt for my homeowner's insurance. And if he was such an honest and nice guy he would provide one without asking. So I guess he is riping off the IRS too.
Description of Work: I had the main line pipe opened and snaked to unplug drain. Once he pulled out the snake he collected money and left.. That is it. No help with preparation of the mess it was going to make and no help afterwards in cleaning the waste.
