Most home inspections are not worthwhile for those of us who are experienced in buying and selling real estate. I chose this company because it was the least expensive, BUT I was really surprised to see the inspector use the cans for the radon test. Those are so inaccurate, that they are useless. Nice guy, though. I would hire him again and ask him to use the modern radon test equipment. I saved about $175, but will have to have a modern radon test performed. Oh well.

Bob was very thorough during the home inspection. As a first time home buyer he did an excellent job explaining his process and what he was looking for. He gave helpful tips regarding maintenance and management of a home. While I did not utilize this service, he does provide information sessions for first time home buyers and gives a step-by-step process in what to look for and expect when buying a home. I had post-inspection follow-up questions and his response was timely and very helpful.

Bob showed up 1/2 hour before to inspect the exterior, he did water test ray don test and checked out Everything from the roof to the basement.
