Thought the one F grade was an outlier so tried anyway.Called Monday morning, made sure phone number was correct, left message. There was no return call, as of 3 days later.Unfortunate b/c reviews looked good .

Rob was very professional and accomodating. He returned my initial call quickly and made a trip out to see the job and formulate an estimate. He called me back with a figure but I got a few more quotes first. I decided to go with Ace because of their Angie's list rating, the reasonable price and Rob's professionalism. They did a great job on our old aluminum siding. The exterior looks clean and freshened up now. I will recommend Rob to my neighbors without reservations.

OMG!! They were wonderful!! Owner called me with his estimate a day after I made my initial call. He was able to schedule me within 10 days. He called the morning of the job to discuss weather conditions (possible rain) and we decided to go ahead. He arrived ON THE DOT. Had a crew of 3 total. They were so professional and courteous, careful about not making any messes. I had to leave to pick up a friend from the hospital, and I wasn't worried in the least. When I got back, owner told me about the sprayed paint on upstairs windows, and that it had taken them an extra half hour to get off with razor blades. He didn't charge anything extra for this time and effort - amazing. Then he walked me around the entire house to make sure everything was satisfactory. The windows are BEAUTIFUL! This group was just a delight to deal with in every respect. I asked for a bunch of his business cards to give my friends - they could not believe the price. Will definitely continue using them yearly!

ROB BAGLEY AND HIS CREW HAD PREVIOUSLY POWERWASHED MY HOUSE AND HAD CLEANED GUTTERS AND WASHED WINDOWS. I KNEW THAT ROB WOULD RETURN MY INITIAL CALL PROMPTLY, SET A DATE AND ARRIVE AS SCHEDULED. TODAY ROB AND HIS CREW WORKED AROUND THE FLOWER BEDS AND SHRUBS (NOT EASY) TO CLEAN OUT THE GUTTERS AND WASH WINDOWS. THE WORK ALWAYS EXCEEDS EXPECTATION AND THE PRICE IS MORE THAN REASONABLE. WHEN ROB POWERWASHED MY HOUSE HE REMOVED STAINS THAT OTHER COMPANIES TOLD ME COULD NOT BE REMOVED. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME THAT I HAVE HIRED ROB AND I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED.

There were two phone numbers listed on Angie's list. The first number had a generic answering machine that did not mention the company so I was afraid to leave a message. The second number was the owner's personal cell number and I did leave a message as his name was listed with the company name on Angie's list. He returned my call the next day and had to leave me a message. So we finally connected the following day. He was very professional to deal with. He came when we agreed and did not ask for any money up front or at the time of service. He just left an invoice in my front door. I was pleased with the result and sent him a check right away.

Rob and his helper have washed my windows before and did a fine job again this year. They are very professional and do an excellent job. You can hire this company with complete confidence.The only negative thing I would say is that I was handed an invoice at job completion which was $20 more than last year without me knowing of the increase before I hired him again. Next year, I will ask!You will be happy if you hire this company.

Called and left message. they called back several hours later the same day and said they'd be out to my home in a couple hours to estimate and call me back. recieved estimate that day. gave him go ahead. He called our home the day before to let us kknow he could do the work the next day around 11 am. I asked what I needed to do for the,- he replied, make sure the windows are closed and the water is on. My husband was home when they came-10:45- right on time. fast, neat very pleasant he said. Very careful not to disturb gardens. They even did the front steps and back walk. tool off the deck furniture and put it back. Would recommend them 110% and will definately use them again. Our house looks like new!

Ace Maintenance was contacted via Angie's List and responded promptly and arrived next day to provide an estimate. Ace Maintenance is professional, courteous and prompt. Ace's price was very reasonable and I accepted, and the job was done within a week as promised. They did an outstanding job on cleaning the house and it looks great. Ace provided me with a copy of its insurance certificate as requested. I plan on contacting Ace Maintenance in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Rob and his brother were very pleasant, arrived as scheduled, and immediately started work on the house. They performed additional work at a low agreed upon cost or for free. We recommend them highly and will use them in the future for any work of this nature.

Initially I contacted this firm to clean the gutters at my house. They were punctual, professional, and priced the job fairly. I inquired about power washing the house when I noticed the sign on their truck stating that the service was offered. Again, the price quoted was fair and the work was scheduled for a later date. When a few marks on the siding were not able to be removed, they reduced the price stating that he should have noticed those marks when he gave me the quote. I feel this is a very responsible individual and have no qualms about using them in the future.

Rob (owner of Ace Maintenance) responded immediately to my email inquiry regarding an estimate to clean debris out of my gutters and downspouts for my 3300 square foot Colonial home. Rob came out that same day to access the job and immediately came back with a quote. We came to an agreement on price on a Friday and Rob than scheduled the job that following Monday afternoon. Excellent turn around! The job was completed in about 1 hour. Not only was the job completed to my complete satisfaction but Rob also advised me of some of the gutters not being slopped properly that was causing standing water and leaks. He also caucked a seam within that same gutter at no additional charge. I would recommend Rob in an instant to all of my close friends and relatives, something I would only do when I am 100% comfortable, satisfied & confident myself. Rob certainly passed that test. BOB DOES PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL, WHICH FEW PROVIDERS DO. WORK PERFORMED AS QUOTED, ON TIME. I WOULD CALL BOB BACK WHEN NEEDED IN THE FUTURE.

Rob is very professional and easy to work with, which is why we've used him several times. He returns our phone calls promptly, provides estimates quickly, and kept his scheduled commitments (barring weather, of course!). If weather interrupts his schedule, or he needs to return for some of the tasks, he's very good at communicating those changes so there are no surprises. With this most recent work, he did the gutters first and provided estimates for the balance of the work. We then asked him back, and he power washed the house and deck, cleaned the windows and the chandelier. He waited to stain the deck until we had a stretch of good weather. He even suffered several bee stings while power washing the house from a nest underneath the shutters, but completed the job without complaint! Rob does high quality work, and takes pride in helping to make your home look its best.

Rob was on time and did the work exactly what we expected. The quality of work was excellent in fact they have gone beyond our expectations.

I had used a window cleaner for years on my house but the service had declined steadily each year while the price had increased. I was reluctant to change because I was scared to have someone new going through every room in my house. I finally decided to try Ace Window Cleaning (Rob Bagley). I'm so glad I did! I will use his company every year and have referred him to my father's house. He arrived on time and ready to work. He was professional and very respectful of my house. He had an assistant who worked on the outside and he remained inside. They did an excellent job, my windows are streak-free, my sills are clean, and the screens as well. He did everything promised and I'm so glad I finally switched. I have also hired him to clean out my gutters in the fall.

His price was very reasonable (and we did get 3+ quotes) and his work was impeccable. Our home was not an easy in-out; we had to move several rooms around to access the windows. Rob and team were helpful and patient while we removed A/Cs - they even removed 2 for us! Rob even humored my 5 yr old daughter, answering her questions. The windows in our home had not been cleaned in over 10 years. Now they sparkle and shine like new!

After speaking to my husband he was convinced he wanted commercial grade gutters. Ace referred us to a commercial grade gutter company. Nothing really stood out. The guy was very professional and they were very responsive.

Rob and his helper did an excellent job inside and out, and did not create a mess. The finished quickly. They were very professional.

Rob Bagley responded promptly to my request for an estimate. He arrived on time for estimate and explained the process and pointed out potential problem areas. The work was completed on schedule and Rob and crew were very careful with foundation plantings. Because we had waited so/too long to have the siding cleaned, there were areas that needed to be done by hand. Rob had warned us that those stains were very difficult to remove but, by the time he was done, the siding looked new. We had gotten several other estimates from other companies and all of them had said that those stains could not be removed. Rob also cleaned out our gutters and straightened out some downspout issues. I would highly recommend Ace Maintainance for the excellent work and reasonable cost.
