I have been using him for two or three years now. He is great. They are very professional. They come in and do the job. They leave the house neat. I don’t mind having him the house. He does a good job. He comes on time. I found him on Angie’s list. The price was fair for the work done. I have him already on my list for the fall.

To say that this company is awesome is just an understatement! They have always gone above and beyond for me. They even pressure wash my deck furniture without ever being asked! I could not give them any higher of a recommendation!

On time, on estimate and did a very good job. There were some stains that I did not think they would get out, but they surprised me.

Rob was able to have the powerwashing done within 2 days of my call and the window washing done within 2 weeks. He gave me proper notice of when he was coming and arrived early. The powerwashing left the deck, moss covered walls, and stained granite and cement looking like new . It was done without damage to the paint on the deck or to the wall or steps. My windows had not been touched in 15 years. They look great and the job was done efficiently despite the weather (raining on and off). He and Dave also cleaned and put up my screens which was a great help. When I asked Rob to do a little bit more on a couple of windows, he quickly and cheerfully obliged. I plan to use him for my gutters too.

Working with ACE was a great experience. They did a fantastic job, took their time and were very thorough and professional. They completely power washed the house and garage at a very reasonable price for the amount of time spent doing a great job. I had them come back and do the windows inside and out and again they spent several hours doing a thorough professional job.

GREAT EXCEPT FOR ONE LITTLE PROBLEM WHICH WAS PROBABLY NOT THEIR FAULT. I HAD REPLACED ON OF THE STORM WINDOWS IN THE FRONT DOOR WITH PLEXIGLASS, SINCE THE PAPER BOY HAD A HABIT OF TROWING THE PAPER AGAINST THE GLASS ANS I WAS AFRAID IT MIGHT BREAK SOMEDAY. THE GUYS DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS PLEXIGLASS AND USED STEEL WOOL TO CLEAN IT AND LEFT A WHOLE BUNCH OF SCRATCHES THAT WE CAN GET OUT. A 100% SATISFACTION WOULD HAVE BEEN IF THEY REPLACED THE PLEXIGLASS WITH NEW ( I WOULD HAVE PAID ) AND THEN EVERYTHING WOULD HAVE BEEN A++. OTHERWISE VERY VERY GOOD JOB AND REASONABLE : RATING A

This was a great experience. We are typically do-it-yourself type home owners. I am so happy we found a true professional to come take care of this for us. Prompt, true to quote and very friendly. The house has not looked this good since it was new - 13 years ago. Anything moved for the cleaning was replaced exactly as it was. I consider this money very well spent.

I have used Robert before and his work is excellent. He was on time and did a great job of power washing. The brick walkway looked like new after he finished. He also does a thorough job of cleaning the gutters. I will absolutely use Robert's services again. He is very responsive and provides high quality services. I look forward to contacting him this spring to clean our windows.

My Bagley responded to al of my emails ans questions promptly. They arrived when he promised he would and completed the job on schedule. The results were fabulous. The house looks new and everything is clean. I could not have been more satisfied. Enough said.

The work turned out excellent. I expected them to just power wash around the house and be done. They actually were on ladders and also hand washed the windows and washed the steps. I was very pleased with them. I will be using them again in the future for some painting as well. I would highly recommend them.

Rob did an excellent job and we were very pleased with the outcome. Rob showed up at the time agreed upon. He explained to my husband exactly what the job would entail and approximately how long he would be there. He was professional and extremely proficient in his work and we were very happy with the results. We would recommend his services very highly.

Rob reached out to me on the same that I contacted him.. that would be a Sunday. He and his crew showed up when he said they would, did what they he said they would (with an eye to top quality), and charged what he said he would charge. How refreshing! If only every contractor could be the same! Will definitely use Ace Maintenance again.

Responded promptly when called. Personally gave estimate. Estimate a bit higher than others, but hired Ace because of professionalism and grasp of problems. Work was very thorough and required flexibility to deal with unusual basement problem. Afterward, I couldn't tell they had been here, except everywhere was now clean.

I called Ace after seeing the reviews on Angie's list. My call was quickly returned, and Ace showed up the next day to give me an estimate. They called that evening to give me the quote. I took a few days to think it over and talk with the others in my home. Early the following week, I called to confirm that I wanted Ace to do the work for the quoted price and wanted to schedule a day. This call was not returned, but a few days later I came home from work to find that the whole house looked beautiful on the outside! Mildew and dirt that had collected on the siding was now sparkling white. Pollen and dirt on the porches was washed ago. A few planters had been moved, and the siding smelled vaguely soapy. A week later, I received the invoice for the quoted price. I can't say I ever met Mr. Bagley, but the work speaks for itself.

. We are very pleased with the entire experience. We called Rob after finding him on Angie's List. He came out to look at our home quickly & gave us a very reasonable price for a very big job. They arrived on schedule & worked extremely hard all day. They did an excellent job.

They did a great job. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently. They were constantly working, and I was very pleased with them. The price was comparable to other providers. Quality-wise, they did as well as could be expected as the siding on my house is about six years old and scarred. They called back when I asked them to. They were punctual and professional. I would use them again.

Robert did a wonderful job. We moved into this house a little over a year ago and knew it was a little dirty, but once Robert was done we realized it was filthy. It now looks great. He also cleaned every window, and we have A LOT of windows. Once again a great job. I did notice that he missed a couple. He actually called the same night about my satisfaction. I mentioned my satisfaction overall but did mention the missed windows. He was out the next day and cleaned them up. I am entirely satisfied.
