Ace Maintenance LLC

Figured I would do this myself but after a feeble attempt to clean the deck and back portion of colonial home, I decided it was better to use someone from Angie's portfolio. Obtained a phone quote from Ace and a quick appt. After providing an estimate, and my accepting it and scheduling the work for a few days later, the owner (this is an owner operated company) visited the house the next day and told me he could do it for $50 less. His original quote was "at market" IMO based on two other quotes I obtained from other Angie "A-rated companies. So I saved a few bucks. Company was right on time day of service, did a very nice job of cleaning the house and proceeded to throw in the basketball backboard for free (I forgot to ask -- it was pretty moldy) and a clean set of squeegied windows. Owner (and his helper) worked h****** a hot day but seemed very focused on making sure the place looked good by when they left. They did a good job.. I've had 2 previous power-washings performed (on my previous houses); these guys were the best. High recommendation.

Rob was meticulous about completing all of the work. Our house and windows were spotless. Our white shed was loaded with mold and it looked like brand new afterward. Our cement patio had black mold spots beforehand and it was completely clean afterward. Rob cleaned all of our patio furniture, which was very dirty, and it looked brand-new afterward. Rob is very trustworthy and honest. I recommend him without hesitation and have already given his number to a few friends. He is coming back in August to clean 2 chandeliers and I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Mr. Bagley showed up on time with an additional two-man crew, got right to work. One man power washing, one man on the inside cleaning windows, one man on the outside cleaning windows. They were personable, efficient, and professional. I have no complaints whatsoever and would recommend them highly to anyone. I will use this company again next year.

They were maticulous about their work and the cleanup. They were friendly and communicated well. I am very happy. My windows have never looked this clean! I would definitely recommend Ace Maintenance!

This is the second time we have used Ace Maintenance to clean our windows. We had used them when we first moved into our house last year and they had done such a great job that we decided to re-use their services this year. They were on time, efficient, meticulous, pleasant and very professional. They were very careful of the blinds, furniture and floors so as not to dirty or damage anything. I will definitely use their services again next year.

Working with Mr. Bagley was an exceptional experience. He came to my house and gave me a quote for washing my windows inside and outside. He set up an appointment for the window washing on the spot and called the day before my appointment to confirm the time he was coming. He showed up on time and he and his two helpers worked for about seven hours straight. They cleaned all the windows, storms and screens and vacuumed and cleaned the window wells. They were very polite and professional and did a wonderful job on the windows. Mr.Bagley charged a fair price, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a good job at a fair price. My windows look terrific!! I would give him an A+.

They were prompt and neat - they completed the interior one day, and came back the following to complete the project due to weather. Our windows have never been cleaner.

Thoroughly delighted with the work. It's wonderful working with honest, hardworking and trustworthy individuals. Everything we discussed was beautifully cleaned and more (washed all the deck furniture, the planters and the market umbrella too). Everything looks new. Arrived exactly on time, extrememly nice, clean, professional, courteous, thorough, well worth the $500. spent 5 hrs. at my housd I have over 40 windows several of which are two story. He even put uo with my three dachshunds barking and nipping at his heals! great guy! came with one helper both were complete professionals. I didnt use my Angies coupin, I felt he deserved the money!

Exceptional service. Showed up ahead of time and started working immediately. House was powerwashed thoroughly: nothing was left unwashed. They even cleaned my drains and garden hoses!! Pleasant, personable, and very respectful. Wore gloves, shoe covers, and placed draping under any area they were washing inside the home. At completion of job, they went over every detail and made everything perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again. The quote was accurate and exactly what was paid. Rob was absolutely phenomenal. He responded to my inquiry within hours, gave an estimate the next day (Friday) and scheduled the work for Monday. They arrived when they said they would and did a great job. Rob called a few hours later to be sure we were happy with the work. Great responsiveness, professionalism and just a really nice guy. Ace Maintenance powerwashed our house. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price.

We were extremely pleased with the work performed by Ace Maintenance. They were professional, punctual, and thorough. Our house was powerwashed and all exterior windows were cleaned. Anything (i.e. deck furniture) that was moved for the work was placed back exactly where it was found. We would use this company again and highly recommend them to others. Our house looks great.
