Description of Work: They did a very nice job. A little more expensive than some other local power washers, but included cleaning exterior windows (and they did a great job on the windows). They were VERY responsive (appointment was made only 3 days in advance). Overall, I'd use Ace again.

Description of Work: The job consisted of power washing a three bedroom colonial with vinyl siding and a self-standing vinyl-sided garage. I also asked him to check the garage roof when he arrived. I was very impressed with all service aspects. Rob was extremely professional and very customer-oriented. The garage was a problem area due to neighbor's overhanging hemlock branches and residue on the roof. Branches lying on the roof were removed and a treatment added. Everything went like clock-work. Simply stated, they arrived, did the job and then went on their way. I appreciated Rob's feedback on status of the siding and the gutters. I'm a recent widow who's looking for advice and guidance on home maintenance. That evening I recommended Ace Maintenance to a member of my bereavement group who's in the process of selling her home.

Description of Work: Power washed home, cleaned gutters and windows. Rob contacted me promptly and came to give me an estimate. The work was done as discussed, and on schedule. Work was neat and thorough with some extras thrown in at no additional charge. Rob followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the job and made a second trip for re cleaning one of the windows that came out streaked. Great service!

Description of Work: I contracted with Rob Bagley to power wash my house because of the recommendation on Angie's List. He and his assistant showed up on time and did a great job of washing my raised ranch. Not only did they wash the house but power washed a spot on my deck that he noticed needed attention and washed all the outside windows that did not have outside screens. They did a great job! No doubt I will use them in the future. The A rating for Ace Maintenance was well earned!

Description of Work: They did a very nice job, very conscious of damage, and offered several suggestions to make a better look when done. Even did some extra cleaning on our shed, just to make things look better. Must have asked me 4-5 times if I was satisfied and was very anxious to please.

Description of Work: I had the gutters cleaned (Rob did a great job and left no mess behind) and had the house power-washed. The price was in line with others I had received; however, Rob was responsive, did quality work was punctual and professional. Having never had the house professionally power-washed, I did not realize what a mess it would make of my windows. In hindsight, I should have had the windows washed as well. Next time, I will have the windows cleaned after the power-wash.

I thought the roofing would be included because when I talked to him initially that is what I understood, but that was not the case. I asked if the shingles were included and he said yes, but when I talked to him later he said siding is also called shingles. They did a good job and they were prompt in answering my call and setting up the appointment. They were pretty efficient.

+ 3 moreHe arrived on time for each of the scheduled jobs. He was professional and always pleasant. The results of his work are obvious, including not only better-looking decks, windows, and roof, but also capped gutters that no longer overflow in major storms (such as the recent tropical storm Hanna, which dumped 7 inches in about 12 hours).
Description of Work: Robert Bagley also did gutter cleaning and minor gutter repairs; window washing inside and outside; and roof washing. He then pressure-washed a large deck and a small deck, with the large deck having a hot tub, stove, grill, and charcoal smoker on it. He then scrapped and sanded the decks and applied a coat of high-quality paint.

+ 0 moreThey did a great job! I picked ACE Maintenance from Angie's List in the first place. I got an estimate promptly. They did the job as promised and when promised. Rob Bagley was very responsive to my inquires and called back quickly whenever I left a message. They were very neat; it was as though they hadn't been there at all, except that the house and windows were all super clean.
Description of Work: Pressure washed the entire house, including garage doors and gutters and downspouts, and washed all windows and screens (approximately 30!).
