I was very please. He not fancy but he is a good technician. He explain everything. He very good and friendly. He also work on my fridge. He gave us a few tip on repair.

We needed our washing machine fixed quickly because laundry was piling up… Mike came the next day ...right on time… The problem turned out to be very simple… Mike did not try to sell us unnecessary parts like some repairmen would… Since he was there we told him we would like him to come back to repair an oven that was not working properly… instead of making a new appointment he took a quick look and diagnosed the problem in less than one minute and fixed it in less than a half hour… Mike is very knowledgeable, reliable, and honest....and a nice guy who’s easy to work with....we will be using him for any future appliance services we need....

We noticed our dryer wasn't producing heat and therefore, nothing was drying properly. Mike took apart the dryer and found that the machine was clogged with lint (extending beyond what we remove from the lint trap after every use). He vacuumed and cleaned the machine thoroughly and advised that this was needed because the previous homeowner (and machine owner) probably never cleaned the lint trap and we shouldn't have any future issues.

Very well. Mike determined that the problem was caused by another appliance that was tripping the GFCI outlet.

Arrived on time. Took a good look at things. Needed to check on parts. Called as promised and indicated parts were no longer available. Hard to give an A rating when he was not able to repair the washer. Otherwise no issues and I would use him again.

I live in VA and had ordered a new window AC for my 91 yr old dad in Manchester. I called an AC contractor in CT, and they recommended Mike's, who also had a good rating on Angie's. In talking to Kim in the office, she was very helpful as I tried to coordinate installation with the arrival of the new AC. When the AC arrived early, she moved up the scheduled installation and kept my dad informed on timing of scheduled service. My dad (and I) could not be happier about how smoothly and efficiently the work went.

Excellent He was very competent and friendly. Job was performed well and he came quickly so we didn't loose all the food in the refrigerator and freezer. We now have him on speed dial for any other appliance repair we may need in the future. I would highly recommend Mike .

I was very happy with Mike. He came out quickly, he's very honest. He was able to tell me what parts were needed and my son was able to purchase the parts and fix the washer himself. Mike also informed me that my washing machine should last another 5-10 years. Overall, I had a great experience with him and wouldn't use anyone else to come out and fix my appliances. I've used him in the past when he was just starting out and he is still in business and always delivers great service.

Mike first came out and gave me an estimate which I submitted for warranty approval. He also spoke with the warranty service on my behalf. He then came back a few days later, as he said he would do, to replace the part. He did the work for the price quoted.

Mike came out on time (Tues 10/28) and quickly diagnosed the problem and promised he would be back with the required part within three days. He told us what to do and that we could load up the the refrigerator freezer after being off for 24 hours because we had a defrost problem that would allow it to be turned on and would not present another problem for about a week. On Friday (10/31), we received a call that the part had been received and Mike wanted to come out ASAP to insure that we got the refrigerator working properly (running defrost cycle). He arrived within 1 hour and installed the new part. I may also add that he searched diligently to make sure that he could get the best price for us on the part. I highly recommend Mike. He will be the first repair service we call should we have problems with any of our other appliances. This was an excellent experience compared to past experiences with another repair service that charged $500 to supply a $127 part which took about 1/2 to diagnose and install; all in one trip.

They called my wife to change her soap and did nothing.

I called Thursday night at 8 oclock with the issue. I arranged a time on Saturday afternoon. Mike was right on-time and did the service quickly. I would call him again if something breaks down.

His prices were reasonable, the work was very good, and he was an extremely nice man!

Mike is a real good honest genuine guy. The price was very reasonable. He came out was prompt, courtesous, he cleaned up. You wouldn't even have know he was here. I felt comfortable with him. He is very personable.

One person came out and it took them maybe an hour at the most. They responded very quickly calling back the same day and were out to the house the next day. You should expect courteous and prompt service. They were able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price.

I have a LG front load washer that is leaking water. I called the provider on 4/22/14 and asked if the provider repaired LG washers. The person that answered the phone said that she thought he did, so I asked to have service the next day at about mid-day. She said that the provider would call before coming to my house. I didn't receive a phone call until 5:00 pm on 4/23/14 and the person left a message indicating that she was trying to get the provider to my house. I tried to call back; the phone rang three times and then I got a busy signal. I had to be at work at 5:30 pm so I gave up trying to contact them. Additionally, I had already called another provider for service since I didn't hear from them within the time frame I requested.

Diagnosed and replaced the drum bearing on my frigidaire clothes dryer. And replaced the cold water hose on my washer. | |As far as repairing our dryer problem, he did a good job. As he finished, I then made the mistake of asking him to replace the hot and cold washer hoses, as they are seven years old. As he went to turn off the water, the faucet began to leak. (not his fault) He advised me to go to Home Depot and get new cold water cartridge and he would come back and fix the leak. The problem is that he didn't totally know what he was doing. He replaced the cartridge, but neglected to tighten one of the nuts (there are two). He then turned the water off. As soon as we did laundry a day later, it started to leak. As he was looking at the situation, I didn't get a good feeling that he really knew what he was doing, and I kept asking him if should call a plumber. He assured me that wasn't necessary. As it turned out, I did have to call a plumber to correct his mistake. The plumber knew what the problem was before he even touched the faucet. Another problem I have is that he charged me $65 for the drum bearing kit, and $140 just for showing up. I just went on line and saw the kit for $20.17. |The plumber, fixed this leak and another one, and installed a new kitchen faucet for me and charged me only $115. The moral of the story is to 1. Make sure you know the trip charge before they show up, and don't let an appliance repair guy touch anything but the appliance.

He goes beyond the basic fix-it to improve the drainage and to insure that the dishwasher is also draining properly.

I never used this service so I can't review it. However, you keep asking me for a review so here it is!

I called Mike. I was promised service within a couple of hours. His assistant called on schedule to tell me he was on the way. He arrived, checked the appliance thoroughly, told me what the usual problem was with this particular make and model, and said that my symptoms didn't fit the usual problem. He suggested, as diplomatically as possible, that I had failed to close the freezer drawer completely on Saturday night, because now both the freezer and the fridge seemed to be just fine. He said I should wait until the next morning, and if the ice cubes remained frozen I could reintroduce the food. He charged me for the service call and said that if he was wrong, I could call him back within a month's time and he would charge me for parts and labor only (not the service visit fee). He was friendly and professional. On his way out he taught me how to keep my dishwasher in tiptop shape and told me how to ensure that it did the best possible job washing dishes (run the hot water faucet on the sink until the water gets hot before turning on the dishwasher). He stood in such sharp contrast to the uncaring merchant that had sold me the refrigerator! Clearly Mike cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. This is old-fashioned customer service at its very best.

Mike was on time. He ran the wash cycle to determine the cause of the leak. He found the washer was not leaking. He suggested it may be plumbing, said to try drain opener in drain pipe first, I did that and it fixed the problem.

we had water dripping into the refrigerator before the fix . there has been no water dripping since the fix.

Would not even set an appointment. Thought 10 miles to too far.

Arrived outside of the 2 hr. time frame promised but all in all it was worth the wait. Friendly, extremely knowledgable and fair pricing. This is the 2nd time I've used Mike and I just don't feel ripped off by him!
