The process: We met with Chris initially to discuss the project and walked him through all the areas we wanted repaired or addressed. Chris came back quickly with a price quote and a comprehensive task list. He worked with us as we made selections and tiling, fixtures, and paint selections. Chris is very organized and conscientious and this is reflected in the quality of his work. Tiling: Bathroom & Laundry: Both these rooms were small but involved coordination with the hardwood flooring contractor to install. This work was performed well and worked seamlessly with the other contractor. The outcome was excellent. Large Bath: This room presented the greatest challenge. I chose a design that took some thought and planning, in addition to considerable time to execute. The installation of the shower was the largest feat in order to assure no leakage. Chris planned in the extra help of an additional tiling contractor to help execute the installation of the shower. The work was excellent. A small issue that involved a sliding glass door and rework of a threshold to accommodate it was addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Painting & Repair (Great Room, Bedroom, Bathroom, Baseboards, Stair Strike plates): Chris is an excellent painter. He and his associate's work was beautiful. Chris' painting work fully illustrates the care and pride he puts into his work. He is meticulous and detail orientated. I was very impressed. I will never paint another room again... I'll be calling Chris. Attic: Again, this piece was a small part of our entire project that could be easily fit in between contractors. This happened seamlessly and happened nearly without my realizing it was completed. Again, an excellent job.

Outstanding professionalism and attention to detail. They spent three days prepping the house after the power wash. All trim was sanded and scraped and primed where necessary. All surfaces were coated with at least two coats of top quality paint. Several window drip edges were replaced. Joints were caulked where necessary. They used great care not to splatter paint or paint drops. They took their time and did not appear to be rushed. Excellent workmanship. Chris the owner would touch base with me every morning to inform me what the days work would be. The three workers worked well together and stayed busy even if Chris left to quote new jobs. They took just over two weeks to complete the job.

I am so impressed with Clean Cut Painting. I left a message and received a call back within 48hrs. We set up an appointment for the estimate a few days later and was very happy with the price. I was told that the work wouldn't be done for a few weeks, but they were able to squeeze me in way ahead of schedule. The work was professional and meticulous. They spent a couple of days scraping and power washing the area. Then they arrived on the 3rd day wrapped everything in plastic and spray painted the area. They cleaned up after themselves and left no residue of paint anywhere. I will definitely be using them again for another project. Thanks Guys!!

Chris arrived promptly at the appointment time. He took several pictures of the deck for reference, as well as recording the information of the previous stain that was used for color-matching purposes. He sent me the estimate via email later that day. Additionally on that email were his license and insurance forms, which help give peace of mind that he understands what's important to a homeowner that's about to have work done. I didn't end up using his company for the deck refinishing, but he seems like a methodical fellow that implies that his work is thorough and well done, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him about any future projects that I may need to have done.

The response time was amazing! Chris came out the same day and gave us a quote and we accepted it on a Friday. He went right to work on Monday. Everything they did was pristine. It went so well, we are going to have him paint our foyer, upstairs hall, replace trim around our staircase and paint all the trim white. We also plan to use Chris for our house painting in the summer. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the job done right!

Chris was fantastic with his communications, contacting us to schedule exactly when he would be on site each time and letting us know what he would be doing each step of the way. The ceiling damage was extensive in several rooms, but Chris and his team did a great job at an extremely reasonable price. He was conscientious in covering all the walls, pictures, lights and furniture to ensure no damage, and he laid out the areas with us that he planned to work each day to minimize disruption. Overall, Chris spent 3 days on the ceilings and they now look brand new! He also handled some exterior repairs of cedar trim on our house, and reduced his price when he wasn't able to get us the exact type of cedar trim length required. I highly recommend Clean Cut Painting for any trim or painting needs you have, and Chris will be the first we call if we have any future work to be done.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his team. Because I was prepping my house to sell, I needed to keep the overall costs down. Chris was excellent. Chris estimated all the components separately so I could prioritize my repairs (must do vs. nice to do). In the end, because the estimate was reasonable, I had all the items Chris estimated done. Chris arrived on the agreed day, did all the agreed work in the time he said he would in the time he said it would take. What more could you ask for. I will continue to use Chris for work around my home. In fact, I already have.

I used Clean Cut Painting in June of 2014 to repair and re-paint a deck for our above ground swimming pool. I was very impressed by the professionalism of both Chris and his partner. They did outstanding wood repairs to our swimming pool deck which had gone nine years without any TLC. In addition, they re-painted our pool deck so that it took on a brand new appearance and we received many compliments on it all summer long. When it came time for us to stain our one-year old back yard cedar deck this fall, I didn't hesitate to call upon Clean Cut Painting again. I trust Chris to choose the correct materials and knew they would do an outstanding job, which they did! Next year I plan on contacting them again for an exterior balcony that needs to be stripped and repainted. Our wood deck was in rough shape and needed a good cleaning. Clean Cut Painting was on the job when they said they would be and worked extra hard to remove tough stains and mildew. They tried different cleaning products to get the best result possible. I would have strong confidence that Clean Cut Painting would complete any future work for us in a prompt and competent manner.

I called Chis of Clean Cut Painting because I had a lightly textured popcorn ceiling which had damage, and bowing over a fairly large area. One of their specialties is ceiling repairs. We arranged a time for Chris to come over to the house so I could receive a quote. He was punctual, and the quote was reasonable so we scheduled a date for the repair. On the date of the scheduled repair, Chris and Clean Cut Painting were once again on time. The repair and painting of the ceiling came out perfectly. The blending of the repair into the existing ceiling came out so well that the repair is unnoticeable. Chris and Clean Cut Painting were polite, on time, and the price was as quoted. They were respectful of keeping the other parts of the house undisturbed while working and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves during the job, and also when the job was completed. It went great. We know Chris well and have used him for several other jobs and have developed a strong trust in him and his work. The bathroom was approximately 14 years old. The shower was in a tub that was very deep and difficult to get in and out of. Removing the old shower system was no easy task. It included demolition, reframing, and moving a heating element in addition to the finish tile work. After discussing this project with several other contractors, we decided to go with Chris based on our previous experiences with his company His price was very competitive - in fact lower than most. We paid $9000 plus the costs of materials. The room is beautiful and the shower works great. What makes Clean Cut Painting rise above other contractors is their integrity and professionalism. They show up when they say they will, do the work for the agreed upon price (no surprises), and are flexible about making minor changes while the work is in progress. We are so comfortable with them that we allowed them to work on the job while we were n vacation. That's how much we trust them.

Chris was prompt in returning our initial call and was at our house within a few days to review the request, take measurements and provide the quote. His quote was very competitive. Once accepted, we were able to schedule the project to start within a few weeks. The project was complete in three days and our old, outdated oak cabinets to a beautiful off white cabinets. They cleaned up every day and we had only one day without our sink. He also installed a glass tile backsplash once our granite countertop was installed. The kitchen is completely transformed and we couldn't be happier. We will definitely reach out to Clean Cut painting for future projects.

Clean Cut Painting has done other jobs for us in our former residence so we were used to excellent work and service and got exactly that in this new job. This was a huge job that took 13 work days to complete. The amount of prep required was enormous and was very well done, and it shows in the final product. Especially challenging was covering the natural woodwork (doors and trim) with white paint to create a whole new look for the house. Chris and Rob are very professional about their work. They covered all floors with paper and drop cloths and meticulously taped and covered select areas with plastic throughout the process. Plus they are very pleasant to work with and are totally trustworthy. We have no concerns about having them work in our home when we are not there. The house has been transformed by their work and we are excited to move in soon. Based on theirr history of excellent work, we decided to have Clean Cut do a major remodeling of the master bathroom next month. We have every confidence that it will be a quality job equal to all the work they have done for us over the past three years. Clean Cut Painting has our strongest and unqualified recommendation.

Clean Cut was fantastic!!! Our above ground pool deck was in sad shape and this year it would have been an embarrassment to have friends come over to swim in our pool because of it. It had been nine years since we had the pool deck painted and it really needed a lot of TLC. Not only did it need a new coat of paint, but the wood had dried out from the sun and chlorine and was deteriorating so much that I needed to cover the exposed surface with a giant outdoor rug to prevent getting splinters in one's feet. I was amazed when Chris came for the estimate and told me he could repair everything, repaint, and have it looking like new again. And that is exactly what he did! Our deck is now looking great! He replaced some of the he old wood with new wood. The sanding smoothed the surface to get rid of potential splinters and we also have a gate that works again. The deck and dock paint penetrated the wood which will help it from drying out so fast in the future and we are completely happy with the work that was performed.

They were very punctual, worked all day and took pride in doing a good job. There were a few tense moments when we requested a change to our original plan, but after some difficulty, things went smoothly and they were able to finish the job in several weeks. I particularly appreciated that they mad an effort to finish the job several days before Christmas. Additionally, Chris, the owner, has been very responsive to all of our touchup requests.

No response back with estimate as promised and email address doesn't work. I really don't know if I would use this provider to do the painting for I never got a chance to observe his work.

I was very pleased with Chris's work from start to finish. The estimate was detailed regarding the services and materials he was supplying. Chris was clear and specific. Some exterior trim on my house needed to be replaced, and Chris did that for no extra charge. Chris was very punctual about scheduling the work and then completing the work during the allotted time. The quality of the work was excellent. I take pleasure looking at the freshly painted exterior and interior of the house everyday. Our only regret was that we did not contract to have additional rooms to be painted at the time not knowing it would go so smoothly. When we do decide to do some more painting, I will definitely be contacting Chris again.

This house was brand new to us and we bought it with a fully finished basement that was professionally done - it was beautiful. The water damage, while overall minimal, was such a huge disappointment. We wanted to make sure that we had it professionally repaired to look like it had prior to the storm. We got three competing quotes. Chris's did come in as the most competitive, however price was not the deciding factor. My husband met with and liked Chris and felt very comfortable that he would ensure we were happy with the final job. My husband is also a small business owner and we believe in supporting other small businesses. We were not disappointed. Chris and his team started the work when he committed to do so. By the end of the first day the walls were repaired, taped and mudded (if those are the right terms). They really got a lot done in that first day. Day two was sanding and partial painting. Day three was a half day to finish up painting and replace the baseboard trim pieces. They were respectful of our home and covered up all of our belongings to help protect them from the dust. They made sure to keep doors closed as we have a cat. And they cleaned up before they left. The guys were also responsive when we noticed a section of paint that didn't quite blend with the existing paint on the wall and they fixed it right away. Ultimately, they were in and out in 2 1/2 days. They were professional, pleasant and did a fantastic job. I would certainly hire them again should we need it.

Outstanding service. Chris and his team are very talented and offer a highly professional service. They took the time necessary to complete the work and we love the quality. Chris took the up front time understanding the necessary details (requirements) and provides frequent updates on the project. Our project required 2 additional work days which demonstrated to us that he was willing to accommodate some necessary extra time to complete the job to high standard. We also added to the scope of the work during the job and Chris was able to include the extra work for a reasonable additional cost.

Chris gave us an estimate by email shortly after coming to look at our home. He gave us an approximate date to start a month out and came within a couple of days of meeting that estimate. He and his crew, Rob, arrived on time and we were extremely satisfied with their work. The ceilings and walls had some prior mildew that was a concern, so Chris and Rob sealed them with primer after using a bleach solution. Chris warned us that the primer would have a harsh smell for a day or two, but he sealed off our rooms while working and opened windows for ventilation. We didn't have any problem in the rest of the house with the smell. We spent 2 nights sleeping in our guest room, and after that, the smell had pretty much dissipated. They also did a meticulous job re-caulking along our shower and vanity where the house had settled. They did a great job overall, used quality paint, 2 coats, and also did a great job with the cleanup at the end of the first day, and when the job was finished on the following day. We were very pleased and would use them again in a heartbeat. They are hard-working, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.

Awesome work!! Honest, reliable, started on time, finished on time and had many, many suggestions for ideas that we hadn't considered.

Chris was easy to get a hold of over the phone, was able to match the paint colors I provided, and overall was a pleasure to work with. Chris finished the job on time and was very courteous and professional (I have a two year old daughter that was home during all of the painting). When the job was finished Chris had no problem addressing any concerns I had and corrected them as necessary (a few touch up spots were needed). I would hire Chris again and recommend to friends.

Chris repaired our damaged textured ceiling and blended the paint and texture in perfectly. The quality of work was excellent and the work area was clean when it was all completed. I plan to use his services again on other projects.
