Description of Work: Marcel is consumate professional and very thorough. He cleaned all wall-to-wall carpets, stair runners and a loveseat sofa. Took about 5 hours on a Saturday. He was a crareful workman and took pride in his craft. He removed some longstanding stains from a light gray carpet others could not remove. I highly recommend and will use his services again.

+ -1 moreMarcel has been cleaning the rugs in my home for 10-12 years. Before I found Marcel, I would use several different cleaning services and was never satisfied. He has a vast knowledge of rugs, and upholstered furniture, different fibers and how best to clean them and remove stains. He works until the job is done correctly. He is a true gentleman and anyone would be comfortable having him in their home. I have referred him to many friends and all have said that they would never use anyone else but Marcel in the future.
