He never responded to the request for a quote. Worthless listing. Won't bother using Angie's list again.

This owner does not do residential plowing.

The house was power washed. The pool fence was half done when the men were called away. We each thought the other was going to make a date for finishing the pool fence and washing the outside of the windows. We finally got that straight and all is done. I am really pleased with the completed job. I want to express my wish that Angie's List would explain which end of the scale (A-F) is the good end. In most surveys the right had digit is the best. I ranked Bob's with F thinking that was the best. This is a redo of my review and I have changed the ranking to A hoping I'm finally doing it right.

Don’t hire if you want dishonesty and a poor job done! Overview: PROS: Contacted me right away, was reasonably priced, willing to to it the next week. CONS: Did a poor job/incomplete job. Lied and said he took out the weeds from the fence, said he trimmed the dead wood from the cherry tree, and said he would edge the sidewalk, which he did not; said he would come back to finish the job on Friday, but did not. Then said he would come first thing on Saturday, but he came later that day only after prompting; tried to charge me more for half the work after my relative took care of part of his job. NARRATIVE: I hired Bob to power-wash my house and deck, and to cut down the bushes and overgrown weeds from the front of my rental property. His wife came and took video so he knew the scope of what I was asking. I was very specific with him, explained what needed to be done and what we expected. Bob quoted us a reasonable $250 for the deck and house powerwashing and then $250 for taking down and removing the brush and two pine trees. He even bragged about taking pruning classes and said he would do a good job pruning the cherry tree. Between when he provided the quote and case to do the work, my older aunt actually came and cut down most of the brush I had hired Bob to do and put it in a neat pile for him to take away. I figured this made his job easier and he would be happy to do the rest and take the brush away as originally promised. However, when he and his son arrived Bob told me he would do it all for $450 with a 10% discount. They spent only 2.5 hours at the house when he complained he could work there for days. His son power washed the house and deck, while Bob took care of the brush. Bob wanted to charge me an ADDITIONAL $125 to haul away the brush that my AUNT cut down, which I initially hired HIM to do!!! I knew I’d have problems with him right then and there. He also complained about it taking forever to cut a small mulberry bush next to the siding which would have taken me 3 minutes and a hand saw to do myself. When it was done, He told me everything was done and all the dead wood was taken off the cherry tree. When I received pictures of the cherry tree, deck siding and sidewalks from a friend, it was clear Bob lied to me. The cherry tree was full of dead wood, the side walks weren’t edged or power washed as he agreed, the brush was still in the yard, and the deck looked like he had only blown the leaves off of it. When I asked him about it he said he would go back on Friday to clean it up. He did not come on Friday as promised. He promised to come first thing on Saturday and didn’t arrive until after I prompted him to come. He took away the brush, but that is it. The cherry tree still has dead wood, the siding has black residue on it and the deck looks like it was never washed at all. I have to get everything he did, re-done and I am out $450. Bob was unprofessional and criticized me and my home when I asked him about the poor jobs done. I suppose since we do not live on site and could not watch him do the job, he thought he could do a half-assed job. I grew up on a farm and know how much effort these jobs should take and what right looks like. I am happy to pay a good price for decent work. I thought $450 was reasonable, especially after my aunt did most of his work for him. I was understanding because our renters left the landscape in poor shape, but we are caring home-owners who spend the time and money to do it right. And we THOUGHT we’d found someone honest. I was patient and kind and hoped Bob would rectify the issue when he came back. But Bob went back and forth on what he wanted to do for what price, ignored my request for additional quotes, and specifically lied to me about some of the jobs he didn’t actually do. I would NOT recommend him as an honest professional. I would never hire him again and wish I had done it myself or hired someone more trustworthy from the beginning. Don’t hire.

I had an excellent experience - he responded quickly to my request though the website, went to my house and provided an estimate that same day, and the work was completed the following day. He was friendly and easy to deal with, the price was reasonable, and he did quality work. I would hire him again.

I can’t remember if I called them or if I requested an estimate through the website, but regardless, no one from Bob’s ever contacted me. I rated them as a ‘D’ only because including an overall rating was required to submit this comment. There could be lots of reasons I didn’t hear from them, I just wanted to make sure Angie’s list was aware I never got a response.

It went extremely well. He did a phenomenal job. Very thorough and really worked **** ** areas that really needed extra attention.

Bob did a very good job on my house and he was polite, personable and a good worker. I will recommend him to others and hire him again and his prices are reasonable.

Great. Have done this myself in the past, but would prefer to stay off porch roofs to get to higher floors. Very happy with the job done (work and cost), so am having them come back to finish the rest of the house since it will also save me time for other projects.

Bob and nick came over while I was at work. Did a fantastic job!! My house looks brand new ! I highly recommend them ! Trustworthy and great quality of work .

Bob did a great job. He showed up on time, and the house and deck look great now. No more green algae on either surface. I would definitely recommend his services if you need power washing

Bob isn’t an extremely diligent, hard worker who gets the job done on time and for a price that can’t be beat. I would highly recommend.
