We could not be happier with our fence! The entire experience was delightful. Francis is a very knowledgable salesman, the installers were on time, neat and did a great job. When calling the office the staff could not be more helpful. What a breath of fresh air to do business with a quality company!

Very well. On time for the appointment for the estimate. The crew did the job over two days, removing and replacing as they went. They worked steadily and they worked hard. They were pleasant to work with and highly professional. There fencing was two sides of a back yard, one side gently sloping downward toward the back of the yard. Somehow they installed that side so that it was evenly and perfectly aligned with the slope. They removed all old fencing and even as much of the brush that they could fit on the truck, even though that was above and beyond the contract. Total cost with CT tax was @ $8200, and $280 of that was for the materials for the gate replacement and repair. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

Very prompt and professional communication and contact. They were timely, and although I did not choose them I would recommend a customer in the market for a fence to check them out.

The order was placed in early May. There were 3 dates set for installment and each time cancelled by the installer. The excuse given was that Arrow was behind schedule with the making of our fence. It turned out to be a nightmare of promises made but not kept. We were focused on dependability and reliability and we did not get it. Finally on the 4th try the fence was installed. The fence looks fabulous and very nice quality but I would never go this route again. We could have had the same fence done by another company with their own installer for about one half of the cost and half of the wait time.

They came out and measured and gave us options.They had 90% of the work done the first day. The fence looks phenomincal. We had one settling issue that they came and fixed immediately. All of the details were amazing. We have recommended them to neighbors.

Over is okay. No work was performed and completed.

We signed a contract with Home Depot. The terms were half down with the contract and half after completion, with no interest if paid in full in 24 months. The first bill said no interest if paid in full in six months. I called Home Depot and the terms were immediately changed to 24 months. Be sure to read your terms.

They are outstanding. It was even better than we expected it to look. It's just gorgeous. It's the quality fencing they use, not the same quality you get from big box stores, it is the upgraded quality. These guys were so unbelievable when they put up this fence. Not only did it looked as good as it did after they left they did not leave one thing there. The landscape is all around where the new fence is. They are amazing. They were here exactly when they are supposed to be. The people are all very professional. They were very nice from the moment we went over to their office and look at their samples and talked to them and they sent me out pricing and then I talk to them about a different style and height of the fence and they sent me more pricing. They were always very professional and excellent about the whole thing. They said it will take so many weeks for the fencing to come in and then they were here when they said they would be. I think anyone needs to go and look at their fencing before you think it's little bit pricier than what you get compared to other places because you can see the difference as soon as you look at it and they actually do the installation for Home Depot. We have little dog and I was so afraid my dog can get underneath the fence and they landscaped it all so that there is no way she could go under so that I feel safe with my dog. I was happy with them. I would use them again and I wish I had more fencing to do, that's how good they were. Now if only they did windows!!!

Arrow Fence installed a privacy fence in our back yard after our old fence was damaged by Hurricane Sandy. They were punctual, reasonable and professional. After dealing with a few other fence companies that either wouldn't even show up to give us a quote or would show up hours late for an appointment, it was refreshing to work with the professionals at Arrow Fence.

Arrow Fence was great to work with.We bought a new house in April and knew that the first big job was to fence in the back yard. Prior to contacting any of the fence companies my wife and I decided on the type of fence we wanted and where the fence would go.We staked out the yard and decided exactly where the fence and gates would go. Once we had the location marked out I drew a sketch of the yard and fence on my computer with measurements. We did our research on companies in the area that worked with cedar fencing and I contacted 10 different companies, each one I sent a copy of the drawing, with my estimated fencing length's and details of what we wanted. We estimated the whole project around $15K, so I was incredibly suprised when I was only contacted by 3 companies. It completely amazed me that most of the companies don't return call's or e-mails, but that was not the case with Arrow Fence. Arrow Fence scheduled a meeting with me to see the site and discuss the project. Dave arrived on schedule and was great to work with, he made a drawing of the site and we discussed what we were looking for in the project. Originally we wanted cedar posts, but Dave told us they would not be cost effective, but he provided us a quote for them anyway. The quote that Dave provided was excellent and very detailed, including number of posts, hardware costs, gates, etc. Arrow Fence was not the cheapest option, but I was very impressed by their professionalism and work I'd seen, so we gave them a deposit and scheduled the job. The week before the work started we decided to add an aditional gate to the fence and Dave was great to work with once again, updating the Proposal and making sure that it was on the maps as we wanted it. A day or two before work was to start Arrow called to confirm the start day and time and asked that we be available that morning for a walkthrough. The crew showed up as scheduled, they were very organized and professional. The crew leader and I walked the fencline and discussed everything including the purpose of the fence (contain 2 black labs). After the initial walkthrough they started unloading and got right to work.I was very impressed by how quickly they worked, yet how careful they were. for the post holes next to the house, barn and shed they dug by hand and for most of the other holes they brough it a bobcat to dig the holes (they first asked if I mined if they used the heavier equipment) I can't say enough how impressed I was with the Crew that did the job, it took them 4 days to install the fence and even thought it rained a couple of those days, they just kept on working and did a great job. In the morning of the first day Dave stopped by to make sure everything was going well and to ensure I didn't have any questions or concerns. The Fence is hand made in their shop in East Hampton, so the quality is significantly better than you will ever see from HD or the companies that use prefab fencing. The posts are rock solid and the fence looks great. It has been a month and a half since they finished the fence and I could not be happier with it. I highly recommend Arrow Fence.

Right on time and did a great job with cleanup etc.

They where verey friendly, punctual and reasonably priced. The removed my old fencing and installed my new one all in the same day.

I had the privacy fence put in 2 years ago by another company and the fence had already started to rot. Arrow does good quality work, their prices are good, they showed up when they said and did exactly what they said they were going to do.

This fence has had to be repaired twice in the last few years and will apparently require regular expensive attention. The vertical "cedar" posts rot out at the base and must be replaced. The horizontal sections, which do not touch the ground,are fine. Arrow provides excellent service at considerable expense. They continue to use the same "cedar" posts which are not up to the task.

Unfortunately, this company does not install in my town. They kindly provided an estimate for fencing I could pick up to install myself, which I am not physically able to do. They have a fine selection of fencing.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE FENCE WAS LOVELY. WE THOUGHT THE FENCE LOOKED BEAUTIFUL AND IT WAS JUST WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR.
