Took to long! Worked one day and didn't show for days! Gave me a price for another small tile job and never showed or returned messages! Very nice but unorganized and undependabld!

Showed up on time and was professional, but said he would remove the toilet and tile under. Ended up tiling around the toilet because of time constraints and rusted toilet bolts. I think he should have inspected more thoroughly on his initial visit to determine if potential problems might prevent him from doing his job as quoted. No reduction in quote offered for work not performed. Offered to caulk around toilet, but didn't follow up.
