They managed to empty the water without messing up the floors (no small feat) and install the new unit in about two hours. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I knew I wanted a compact one, it's short enough to go under your kitchen counters. I knew what I wanted and there are only a couple on the market that fit into that category. That cut it down, I had chosen what I wanted probably two years ago. When I went back to really firm up about the washer and dryer, I said I want this washer and dryer that fits under the counter top. The salesman finally found it for me. We got the measurements and everything and were discussing the exhaust to the dryer. They said you order it and it's in the next day. I went in on a Thursday and ordered it, to be in by Monday. They said they had a big Memorial Day sale and it would take at least a week. To get it to your house it would take at least a week, wasn't happy about that. As we got into specifics, this was a new dryer and there was no exhaust on the outside. I even called in there about the exhaust options. The salesman didn't know what he was talking about.

Some friends told us about Contractors Home Appliances because we needed a new dishwasher so that is where we went. Come to find out they are the cheapest around. They were even $200 less than Sears on the stove we had bought. We went back to get a microwave and the salesman even honored a price quote from several months earlier. I was very impressed with them all around.
