+ -1 moreThis was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. The tech came to my home and did not complete the job as his wand did not reach the high parts of my home. The owner called screaming, called me the b and c word and said that he should have never taken the job since my home wasn't to his standards. I politely asked him to come back and correct the issue. He swore he would be out, but has not shown up or returned my calls. He called me a "nobody" and told me I better not post a negative review. No man should ever speak to a woman the way he spoke to me.

+ -1 moreOutstanding results! Better than I expected. VERY thorough 2 man crew delivered on every promise. Would hire Paul and The PowerWashing Kings for any of their advertised services. The house looks better than it has in many many years. I didn't know how clean they could get the gutters on 2nd floor but NO problem. They have the right tools and know-how for the job. Gutters restored to white and amazing cleanup of concrete patio surface. Walk through discussion before and after work performed. Employees informative and personable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. We look forward to having them clean our wooden fence in the fall.
Description of Work: Wash House (Vinyl Siding) and extra service of deluxe cleaning of gutter appearance. Also cleaned patio concrete. House siding is Original from 1980 and some is on addition built in 2012. (Total 3,000 sq. ft. colonial)

Description of Work: I tried using a powerwasher on a small section of my house with a lot of green mold growth... but didn't use a cleaner. It took a long time to do such a small area and the mold grew back on the vinyl siding within a couple of weeks. | |I decided to try something better and went searching. I liked the concept this company sells. They did gentle housing cleaning on my 3400 sq.ft. colonial. They put plastic over the outdoor outlets before starting. All of the mold on the vinyl siding was gone when they were done and the house looked great. No water damage. Work done in mid-December so there were no plants in the way. My holly bushes in the back showed no sign of chemical damage after the house was cleaned (GREAT!). I would use this company again. | |I am satisfied knowing that the mold/mildew growing on my house was killed and not just blown off the siding into the air.

Description of Work: I have a two story house and a deck which were loaded with algae on the north side. I also had artillery fungus on my porch railings in the front. A few years ago I had another provider power wash my house and they said they couldn't remove the black spots from the fungus. They even gave me literature about why they couldn't remove the fungus. Well, the Powerwashing Kings did remove it and got my house and the gutters sparkling clean. It looks like a new house!

+ 0 moreOther than running late due to matters beyond his control. The washing went very well. He took his time to make sure the job was done right. Our house looks very clean now. Paul Gianni, the owner, is very professional, and dedicated to keeping his customers happy.
