Bob Isleib made a visit to talk about the work I wanted to have done and to give me an estimate, after which he followed up with emails to help me select light fixtures. He and a colleague arrived promptly on the day scheduled for the work. They did a fine job installing three light fixtures, one of which was in a new location while the other two were replacing old fixtures. They also put in two electric outlets and replaced a telephone jack for me. They were courteous, professional, and efficient. Bob discussed the placement of the new fixture with me, offering a very helpful suggestion. He kept me advised of their progress as well. When they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and offered to haul away debris. I wondered about donating the old light fixtures to Habitat for Humanity. Bob thought one was worthless, so took it to dispose of it, but the others I will take to Habitat's local store. They also suffered the "assistance" of one of my cats without complaint! I definitely recommend RLI.
