+ -1 moreThis was an especially challenging project as our house is a post and beam construction, so there is very little room in the interior walls to run the additional pipes. Joe completed the work on time and under budget. Joe also was polite, on-time for the appointment, and left the area spotless. If you need a professional plumbing services, we highly recommend Joe Ianniello
Description of Work: We hired Joe to update the plumbing for our second floor bathroom. The existing systemused a unique, one-tube per fixture technology ("Ultraflo") that has not been available for 10 years. The project required running addional water service to the bathroom so we could use traditional, two pipe fixtures.

+ -1 moreMr. Ianniello was punctual, efficient, friendly and professional. His estimate of the time/cost was absolutely on target. We will definitely use him again (as we have before).
Description of Work: He installed a new toilet and faucet for us, and also gave us advice on what brands to purchase and where to obtain them.
