It went very well. I was concerned that the urine smell would not be extracted from the fabric--but it was. We needed the work done before Thanksgiving and they were able to accommodate us very nicely. They confirmed and reconfirmed our appointment to make sure we would be home. Great customer service and VERY friendly. Would definitively use them again.

Description of Work: I'll never forget it, it was a Saturday my husband was going to paint the Den and to our surprise he made a shocking discovery! We had WATER DAMAGE the type of damage where the entire wall needs to come down from ceiling to floor and the carpet had to be removed from the water damage and all the mold! "Who you gonna call?" Well we called Professional Restoration Systems and we are so happy we did the owner, Amy Prihoda, is amazing she came out the same day to assess the damage. Her team came out immediately to start the remediation. The process took roughly 2-5 days, and Amy facilitated all the vendors that we needed in order to get the entire job done! She even handled the insurance claim and dealt with our homeowner's insurance company! They are hands down professional, knowledgeable, and courteous! Thank You again for helping us during that very stressful situation.

The whole process was terrific. I spoke with both owners, Amy Prihoda and Curtis Prihoda. They advised me on what was needed, the process I would need to go through and how much it would cost. They also referred me to a reputable flooring company for replacement items. Barbara in the office who handles scheduling was patient with me as I coordinated the timing with tenants living in the apartment. On the day of the service Dean contacted me when he was on the way, half way through and when the job was completed. They did an exceptional job. All of the furniture in the apartment was protected and well cared for. I really appreciated Professional Carpet Systems stayed in contact with the Flooring company installing the replacement floors. That helped me and I was assured they would have all the necessary information they needed. I would recommend PCS for all your Restoration needs. I look forward to having them to my office and home in the future to professionally clean my carpets, wood flooring, tile and laminate. Thank you for helping me through this project.

I am very satisfied with this provider. Despite being a late for our scheduled time, everything else went very well. I have used this company to clean my carpets twice a year for at least 15 years, as well as an annual cleaning of the carpets in my synagogue for just as long. I have NEVER been disappointed! Except for bathrooms and kitchen, my entire 2 story home is carpeted with white berber. They are always careful to lift heavy furniture off the carpet and leave on foam blocks until carpet is dry. They always use whatever method(s) needed to remove stains and work on them no matter how long it takes, no matter what they are. If spots return, they are happy to come back until everything is satisfactory. They always leave behind a gift bag with extra spotter. Frankly, I have never had a more positive customer service experience than I have had all these years with this family owned company. The people are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Their communications are enjoyable, informative and full of incentives. I have and will continue to recommend this company to my friends. All who have engaged them have been pleased.

Showed up as scheduled. Took care not to muddy carpet on another New England summer rainy day. Worked hard on soil, including cat urine and saltwater reef aquarium drippings. Carpet came out clean and fresh. Pleasant person to deal with. Price was as expected; not the cheapest carpet cleaner. Also cleaned ottoman and stairs into garage, gratis. Worked around Tokyo Cage for new cat (a large contraption) without complaint.

This company had a big hose on the cleaning unit that kind of scared me at first. The cleaner was very cautious with it, though, and did a great job! I think he was very professional and did a great job! The carpets were very clean and the stains did get removed.
