Work was completed as scheduled and at agreed price. The plumbers were friendly and professional. Overall a very good, thorough expensive, experience replacing a 50 gallon vented water heater on the 4th floor.

I called with an emergency, the main drain on my 83 year old who is disabled mother house was backed up. I live 2 hours away and could not get to her quickly. I called got a plumber to her in 1 1/2 hours. The technician Fernando went out called with options and a quote. He worked till the major clog was cleared, telling me he did not want to displace her for the night. Thank you for being highly professional !

Description of Work: The skill provided was fine until we turned the water back on after the did some soldering and plumbing repairs. After they left, the air bled out of the pipelines finally and we had a leak develop at one of the solder joints. We were out of the house for a couple of hours and came home to a seriously damaged ceiling in the kitchen. I don't think I'll be using them again.
