Description of Work: At first this company did an "okay" job ... nothing stellar. Many things that should've been obvious or part of the routine, were overlooked. Literally after inspection of each service, at least 1-3 things were missed or not cleaned properly. Upon my last (and I mean LAST) cleaning, the crew neglected to clean/dust several areas (kitchen shelved, hutch in dining room, desk in my son's room, etc.). When I contact the company to complain they offered to send someone back. At that point I had already cleaned what was missed. I asked for some type of financial concession due to the recurring nature of their negligence. My home is neat and tidy and is only 1684 sf. At first the cost was approx. $144 with a two person crew. With the last cleaning, they decided to send three people because of having to fit other jobs in or whatever the excuse the "quality assurance" person, Tammy, gave me. So, the actual charge would have been $215.36 but they gave me a "discount" after speaking to the women that cleaned my house which brought it down to $191.43. At that price, my house should've been squeaky clean; it wasn't. Not only will I not use this company again but I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Maid Brigrade for several years.. I have never had one incident of misconduct. They are efficient and trustworthy. Plus they always are on time. I woud highly recommend them to anyone.

The bathrooms were done decently. However, the floors were done horribly. I came in when they were almost done and saw them only using a swiffer on the floors. I took a rag and showed them the dirt that was still on the floors and especially around the perimeter of the room. The woman was extremely rude to me and went back into one room and used the swiffer a little more and said ok fine it's done now. I had to spend another 2 hours just myself recleaning.
Description of Work: I had a coupon and knew I had limited time. I asked for just the bathrooms and the floors to be done because of this.

Maid Brigade has a guarantee policy to ensure customer satisfaction. If you called our office indicating that the team did not clean or re-clean your floors to your satisfaction we would have dispatched our operations manager to assess and rectify the problem. Our "Swiffers" are Unger heavy duty mops with removable microfiber mop heads. The mop heads get changed multiple times in a house based on the condition of the floors and floor surfaces. The mop heads that are used in one house are never used in a second house. All mop heads and cloths are freshly laundered for each home we clean. I'm sorry you have been holding on to this for 8 months.

generally a good experience. I thought it was a little expensive. however, their pricing seemed to be competitive with similar maid services. 3 cleaners showed up instead of the two we requested, which I didn't quite understand.. they did a descent job. helpful staff.

They came initially and did a big, heavy cleaning. Now they just come every two weeks for a lighter cleaning. I think they do a good job, in general, but I want to look into other services because I think it is expensive. I am not totally satisfied because I think it is kind of pricey.

The services were to clean the whole down stairs, top to bottom.
Description of Work: They did an ok job. They werent the best....they were 40min late, and asked alot of questions. One of them didnt speak english well, so the other maid had to translate for her. Everything was clean, but nothing special. Just mainly vaccuming. I probably will hire another maid crew next time instead. I have heard good reviews, but was a little disapointed in their performance.
