I had Fred powerwash my patio a couple years ago and he was great. I called on him to paint the exterior of my house and the job was finished within a few days. He's courteous, fair, and concerned about the quality of work his company produces. He was excellent about helping me choose the right color. I will definitely call on him again!

I requested a quote through servicemagic and immediately was contacted. He promptly came out and gave me an estimate. He pointed out this about the house I didn't realize and was very professional. We received three quotes and his was the best price. We ended up having a family member do the project but had we not we would have definitely gone with Alfred W. Ivan painting.

I was given an immediate quote that was very reasonable, and work was done in short order. The paint job is excellent, and they went as far as reformulating and repainting a color that didn't quite match the sample. I couldn't be more satisfied.

Perfect score. Fred was great to work with, met his expected timing, did quality work and even came back for a touch up I found. Will use for future painting. Great value for money. Hired on Saturday, finished on Monday... awesome!!

Fred at Alfred Ivan and the guys did an amazing job powerwashing the house, deck, patio ,and repainting my bilco doors inside and out. They did a fantastic job , my home couldnt look ay better on the ouside. They were clean and timely in thier service and a great value com[pared to others we got quotes from. They completed everything almost in 1 day with a little the next day becuase i didnt unlock the doors. Fred was prompt in his quote and very felixble and accomidating. I couldnt be more pleased with thier work.
