Alfred coordinated both his skilled carpenter and painter very well, and across two job sites too. Alfred should be a relocation resource. Wish I had found him a year ago. My 2-storey stair well looks brand new now after 10 years of settling damage, and the well-crafted new pull-down attic ladder with door is a well-priced X'mas gift to myself. His men changed the 16-ft high light fixture and hung up a 10' rug in the stair well too. All this work completed in less than a week, and not a single smudge of paint on my carpeting, not a smear of caulking in the wrong places.

Very punctual, polite and professional. The quality of work was excellent and was completed as scheduled. They moved all the furniture and left the place spotless when the job was done.

Absolutely amazed at how well the job looked when completed. I was not expecting much more than a cleaner looking outside foundation but the results were just great. Neat, timely and quality. Attention to detailed is how I would best describe it. Extremely cost effective considering the amount of time his crew put into this job. Wish Alfred was on the job site during the work. I am sure the job would have completed hours sooner with the same level of attention to detail and he could have made more money given the time frame to complete the work. Highly recommend Him !

Alfred and his crew were fabulous. Alfred was very timely- kept me on task with the projects! They were timely and considerate and I felt very comfortable leaving them alone in my house during the day. His main painter always left room for me to back out of my garage while he was working. The paint job is perfect- Not a spot of paint out of place. They even moved my heavy bookshelves from upstairs to down with no complaints. I will definately call them for my next paint and stain job. Also to powerwash my house in the spring.

Alfred Ivan Painting did an excellent job painting the 2-story barn on my property. They replaced wood and cedar shingles that were in need of repair and added additional coats of paint to the side of the barn that is most open to the weather . Mr. Ivan came often to inspect the work and make sure the job was done well, the area was cleaned each evening, and the work was completed on time. The barn looks better than I anticipated. Everyone involved was helpful and courteous. Mr. Ivan provided high quality work and exceptional customer service. I am extremely pleased with the work and strongly recommend this company.

I am very pleased with the service I received from alfred ivan! My house is really clean and the deck paint job is great! It looks brand new and I am no longer embarrassed by the appeance of my deck. I can go outside with pride now. I am also happy with hus professionslism and promptness. The entire job took two days to complete and he was in contact with me all along the process to ensure my satisfaction. The next painting project I have will go to alfred w ivan!

Alfred and his crew are fantastic!!! Alfred is very professional and thorough. He called me as soon as he saw my request and set up an appointment. He powerwashed my deck and then sealed and stained it. It was not in the best condition due to the weather and no protection but i LOVE looking at now!! He makes sure that you are happy and satisfied with the work performed.
