+ -1 moreI recently purchased a property that came with an inoperable riding tractor. I called a couple of places that wanted to charge lots of money to just come out and look at it. Tri-Towne Power was very accommodating to me. They came and took a quick look and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. They took it back to their shop and the work was completed in just 2 days. Their service was excellent. The company representative was very personable, very professional and courteous. He did a thorough job of educating me, a middle aged female, who never used a riding mower before. I was really impressed with the prompt response, and best of all the price was very reasonable. I found out later, I should have just asked my neighbors, since after I told them I had used Tri-Towne Power, they told me that this company was the best around for great service, price and reliability.

Description of Work: Went to this business today to spend my money locally to buy a riding lawn mower...I was not greeted at all and was asked very gruffly what did I want...basically I was dismissed as a customer because I was female...it was a horrible experienceand upsetting...and disgusting behavior by all the men in there...so I took my business elsewhere...basically this idiotic business blew a $6K sale due to being male chauvenistic pigs.
