Mr van Yperen toured the house, asked questions, answered my questions, took photos. A few days later, he submitted to me a detailed appraisal, complete with line by line comparisons to like properties in the area, with accompanying photos of those properties. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a fine, trustworthy appraiser.

He came when quickly after the call; on the day of the appointment he called when he would be late, all to my satisfaction. Upon inspection, he asked personal questions regarding our reason for the appraisal, which I honestly offered. When the report was submitted by email, it was later than promised time and added in the letter was an offer for counseling as he is also a pastor Unprofessional and unsolicited. The appraisal was lower than expected but perhaps fair due to the current market. I would not hire him again.
