 + -1 moreBill's roofing job was a disaster. He wasn't present during installation, despite claiming otherwise. Soon after, I noticed mold, sagging, and water damage. He repeatedly dismissed my concerns until I pushed him to check, but he insisted there were no issues. A chimney professional he recommended found serious problems—spongy spots, old flashing, and improper installation. Ten other roofing companies confirmed the same issues, including incorrect flashing, a broken ridge vent, and inadequate materials. Bill refused to acknowledge the problems, leaving us with a faulty roof. Avoid at all costs.

Description of Work: Damage was due to ice dams from winter storms early 2015. There was Extensive damage inside and outside. They did Excellent work all around. Very professional, attentive, responsive, and trustworthy. Planning on using them again in the near future for home upgrades.
