+ -1 moreEverything went fine.The cost covered some parts and all labor. I have used Proactive Computer for the last ten years. Ed is professional,prompt,friendly and knowledgeable. Dealing with Proactive Computer is like going to Dunkin Donuts, no surprises, no disappointments, you know what to expect and thats what you get. Except for the wifi hookup,which was more involved,no problem took more than an hour to resolve Highly recommended

Description of Work: I was unable to fix an error on my computer and Pro Active guided me through Remote Access, they handle my query with great care, explained every move and was very patient with me during the time spent fixing my problem. The service was very efficient and professional and I would use their services again, I was so impressed I even referred a friend to them.

+ -1 moreThis is the 2nd time I have used Ed for a computer repair. My computer was infected with something Ed called "sweet packs" and a "re directer?" I'm not sure if I am describing that last one properly, but Ed cleared them both with reasonable rates. I will have him go over my computer every 6 months to clear unwanted junk my computer seems to receive. I'm happy with him.
