 + 0 moreHe diagnosed bats over the phone because the droppings were in a circular area. (Bats are good, just not in the house, and they are a protected species!) He came ($125 for inspection) and we saw the bat, and he identified a likely entry point, based on finding a few droppings outside the house. His initial quote was for a thorough inspection of all soffits and roof ridges, and stopping any entry points, with a 2-year guarantee, $1700 (it's a big house). I looked at the soffit ends and ridge vent from inside the attic, and used a USB camera ($30 with 45 ft cable!) on a very long pole to look at the likely entry point from the outside. It seemed that I had only 4 likely entry points. I negotiated a lower price to address only those four locations, with no guarantee. He put one-way bat doors on two spots, to be removed later, and plugged the other two spots. The bat is gone, and I'm happy.
Description of Work: I thought I had rats in my attic, I called and he diagnosed bats!

Description of Work: Trapped animals from under porch and behind back shed. I feel it was costly, but the owner was courteous and blocked the hole under the porch to discourage other animals living there. Animals removed:woodchuck,opossum, skunk, squirrel, raccoon. Squirrel didn't belong there, but he died before I could get the cage open to release it myself, so I had to pay for that to be removed. $200. to set up cages, $100. per animal caught.

 + 0 moreWe have had no more issues with bats. Work is guaranteed and even though we will be selling our home it stays with the new owners. My only complaint would be it was a bit expensive but compared to others he was comparable.

 + -1 moreHe is very knowledgeable about squirrels; he set up traps and tried to be the least invasive. I was just talking to him on the phone, and he said that the first one that was caught was a male. He said that usually if the male comes out, then there are no female and little ones inside; he knows those kinds of things. I have been very happy with him. He told me what I probably need to do to try to keep them out. I call him and he tries to get there as soon as he can. I have nothing to compare the price to.
Description of Work: I used Animal Evictions LLC for animal removal services. He came in to trap and get some squirrels out. This was the third time I had to call them.
