Infinity Fitness

In four months I have lost about 40lbs, droped two pants sizes, got considerably stronger, and have not considered quitting. My wife is up to 6x weekly boot camps and has completely transformed her body, dropping from a 10-12 to a 4-6. This is not your typical gym where they walk you through a bunch of machines and then leave you alone. They use a little bit of everything, some traditional free weight exercises, some body weight exercises, and sometimes you find yourself flipping 200lb tractor tires across the parking lot then hitting them with a sledgehammer or sprinting on an unplugged treadmill. Whatever you may think of the methods, they certainly get results. I am one of those people who has tried everything and never kept up anything, but I actually look forward to my sessions at Infinity. It's not the tractor tires that bring me back; it's the people and the philosophy. I could not more highly recommend them, whether for a simple gym membership, personal training, boot camps, or nutritional counseling.
