+ -1 moreI have contract with them to maintain my computers. They update the programs. They do backup and the virus protection is up-to-date, all the computer maintenance that one normally has. I will be using them again as I have a contract with them.

+ -1 moreMy own diagnosing of my PC problems is sometimes right, sometimes wrong. It's a crapshoot--and I use a networked computer everyday, so I'm no novice. Eppy is always right, and has always solved the problem(s). I trust them implicitly.
Description of Work: Over the years, Eppy has performed PC (not network) repair for me (upgrades, virus cleaning, and troubleshooting) and they've always been professional, honest, and very competent. I highly recommend them. They know their stuff.

+ -1 moreI GIVE THEM A'S. THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY DID GOOD WORK. THE EMPLOYEES WERE NICE AND HELPFUL. THEY DID NICE WORK, AND I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM.
Description of Work: THEY FIXED THE FAN ON MY LAPTOP AND DID SOME WORK ON THE SYSTEM. THERE WAS A SWITCH THAT WAS BAD. THEN THEY INSTALLED ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE.
