+ -1 moreMy hot water heater started to leak, a few months before I change from oil to gas, and I was looking at a sizeable bill to renew the heater, only to replace it in the Spring. I asked Joe to come over and help me with a potential warranty claim. I followed Joe's advice and fixed the issue. There was no charge for this work done. I will definitely use Darien Plumbing and Heating for my next project.
Description of Work: Before Joe came he spent some time calling the plumbing supply co and finding out all about the warranty provisions on the heater. Then he came over and gave me advice on how I could fix the issue because it was not covered by the warranty, and it was a potentially very small leak.

I needed a broken valve replaced so that I could shut off the water to replace a toilet and he replaced the valve, removed the toilet, fixed two other minor leaks and explained what needed to be done with a couple of other minor problems. It was so easy that when I get the new toilet I plan on having him do it rather than installing it myself. Only an hour labor and cheap parts at a very reasonable rate. I did give him the flexibility to show up whenever because I was home all day, which might be the reason why I got such prompt service, but he did everything I asked and more.
Description of Work: Same day service dealing with several minor plumbing issues which had been annoying me for months.

Description of Work: Called on Friday night.Called back on Monday morning.Gave estimate at noon .Since we had no other responses we gave him the job. He and an assistant came at 9 am Wedesday morning as promised and finished the job in 3 hours The level of workmanship was excellent .
