 + 3 moreAs I said in the above section, it went really well. We were really happy with Lee's work and we continue to love our bathroom everyday. Its really just what we had hoped for. I have a very unique sense of style and Lee was able to work with me to make my visions come to fruition.
Description of Work: Lee Combis did a complete renovation of our bathroom. Lee was great to work with. He knew all the right people for us to talk to in order to see our best selections in tile and granite, tubs, shower doors, etc. We wanted to make a bathtub on a higher platform in order to have a view of the ocean from sitting in the tub, and he made that possible. He came up with a great solution for us. The tile work is exceptional. It was also really great to have him on the job personally. He did a lot of the work himself and takes great pride in what he does. I would use him again and also recommend him to friends and family.

 + 8 moreOverall the project went very well. Knocked down existing home in June 2009 and moved in April 2010. The project went fairly quickly because I knew what I had wanted and was quick on making decisions on cabinets, tile, molding, paint colors etc. Building a new home is definitely a huge project but with the right builder who has years of experience of building high end homes it makes the process much easier. Not only is Lee Combis the GC but he does most of the carpentry work himself therefore he is on the job most days. Having a GC on the job most days is definitely helpful with moving the project along! His attention to detail and perfectionism would make it seem as if he is building the house for himself! If you are looking for someone with over 25 years of experience to build you a new home or do a major renovation I would highly recommend Lee Combis.
Description of Work: We had a new home designed and built for us. Custom kitchen, tile work, molding, etc. Top of the line custom detail put into everything.
