My favorite kitchen ever!

Mark was exactly what I was looking for in an Architech. He's easy to get along with, which was very important because I can be a really tough client! He was patient and creative when solving some challenging architectural and permitting issues on the project. I would absolutely recommend and use Mark again...

Mark did a very good job, leveling with us on costs and providing advice on very specific elements. We thought he was a straight shooter and very good to work with. We did not have him do anything really complicated, but I would definitely recommend him.

I had requested meetings with 3 architects to provide ideas on how we would incorporate our changes given the existing structure and limitations we have given the zoning and wetland rules. The other architects provided very expensive and lavish plans whereas Mark came in with a very practical and affordable solution. The price for his specific service was always very reasonable compared to the other architects-- in short, Mark was honest and practical. He was always very punctual and professional and available for consultation when needed (which wasn't much but nevertheless). When we wanted to change the plan during mid construction and move the office above the new bedroom versus within the existing structure, Mark was very accommodating. My only complaints were: 1) I had wished that this solution of adding the office above the bedroom was proposed initially as we could have made the space even more efficient but this was partly our fault and Mark was still way more creative than any other architect; and 2) I thought they initial cost for the work related to this change was a little high but we worked that out to our mutual satisfaction. In short, Mark was great to work with and I would recommend him.

Mark was very responsive throughout the project. He would always be available by phone and was prompt in returning my messages, and coming to the job site to go over something if necessary. He was also quite flexible and willing to make adjustments to the original design when the client wanted to change something. He was also punctual.
