Description of Work: they did a poor job. They were to fix missing or broken roof slates and did only 2/3 of them; they were to powerwash the slate roof and did it sloppily, with stains running down side of the house; the bent two gutters with their ladders and failed to replace or reimburse us for the damages; they failed to refund despite repeated requests. We had to pay another -- more responsible roofer -- $3000 to fix the damage and do what was not completed.

Description of Work: Removed Snow & Ice Dams from roof. The roofers were very attentive listed to our specific directions (we needed to keep the walk way clear of snow which they did) and were very polite & efficient. The only item was they didn't have business cards with them which I requested because their receipt book didn't have the company information, however they promptly called the office and had the business cards brought out, before they completed the job. We are very happy with the job & would use them again.

Description of Work: They were very responsive, especially considering it was during a busy holiday time. We had a leaking sky light. They inspected the roof and found a few reasons for the interior leaks. Even took photos of the roof to explain to me what needed to be repaired/replaced. It's now almost 2 months later and we've had a lot of rain and snow and NO leaks anymore. Very happy and relieved that the fix worked.

Description of Work: They repaired the defective area around the chimney on my roof by placing the needed "flashing" and replaced all damaged shingles. The leaking in my attic below the area repaired has been corrected. The job was completed with professionalism and courtesy and I would recommend All Seasons to my friends in my area.

Description of Work: They did a great job! Roof and gutters. They took two layers of roof off, took down the gutters, and put on a brand new roof, cleaned the gutters, and cleaned our yard. The roof looks great and so does our yard.

Description of Work: My house is 102 years old. The company handled two problems, one new and one old. First there was a ceiling leak near my fireplace. Secondly, I have had trouble for a couple of years with a strong overflow from the gutter on the front corner of the roof. There was a small dam put in by another roofer but it did no good. Another roofer wanted to put in a higher dam and do other very costly repairs. All-Seasons on the first visit said they knew what the problem was and it could be fixed rather easily. It seemed the existing roofing material had curled up at the edge of the roof and was preventing the rainwater from going into the gutter. They would seal the roofing materiel down solidly and it should solve the problem — no dams or new roof. As for the ceiling leak, there was an area on the roof that seemed soft and that led them to where sealing with tar had to be done — no new roof, no rebuilding the chimney as others had recommended. The work was done and inspected by the owner, Bruce. We have had some real squalls since, torrential rains, and the water now pours neatly into the gutter and down the leader.

Description of Work: We had called 5 companies on Angie's list. Four called back and we went with one. Bruce at All Season Roofing called us back 3 times over 3 days but we were not able to connect. We did go with another roofer on the second day. However, I thought it was worth noting that Bruce did call us back in a timely manner and did try every day until he reached us. He was professional, courteous and when we told him we went with another roofer he was mature enough to let us know that our roofer was his competitor but also a very good guy. Thanks Bruce for making us feel comfortable in our choice and we will call you on the next job.

Description of Work: Realized that the porch roof was starting to leak as we had almost 2 feet of snow on roof over garage and porch, and almost 18" on higher roof. Called them Saturday night, had call at 8 a.m. Sunday, were there by 11 on Sunday and finished by 1ish. Very very good service, guys were friendly and professional, cleaned up around the house.
