+ -1 morewithout a hitch. start to finish, everything he said it would be, and how he said it would go.
Description of Work: removed damaged ceilings in living room and den. leveled joists, installed sheetrock, and finished ceilings. Flat surface, two coats primer, two coats finish, including cutting in wall joints with proper color. Each day left a clean and accessible worksite - allowing us to live in the space during construction process. During the workday, all dust was contained. When complete, left with no trace of any work being done. aside from perfect ceilings.. Very professional, very skilled, went above an beyond to shim out the joists so that flat ceiling was the end product. Explained all options as necessary, otherwise I explicitly trust his expertise. I have seen his more complex work - including detailed finish joinery that is just awesome. Ask for his advice, and rely on his skill.
