They are a fine contractor who I am hiring again. They are neat and very clean workers who you can trust inside your home. I know good contractors because I was a high end contractor mysel for 40+ years. And no, he's not family. But after working with them, they sure felt like family.

The team was professional, showed up on time and completed the job ahead of time.

I cannot praise Leroy and his sons enough! They always came on time, were extremely considerate & courteous, and left the job site immaculate - thorough professionals. Their workmanship is excellent too. I wish you could see our bathroom - completely transformed and gorgeous. Last but not least, not only was everything done within our budget, but Leroy and Kyle also went out of their way to work with some of our less conventional fixtures. We now know who to go to for all our future needs. I am absolutely thrilled we found Leroy, and am truly grateful for the fantastic job he did.

We hired KMS Contracting because LeRoy provided a detail estimated cost when we asked a quotation. On top of that, he was doing only my bath remodeling job during the whole period. That's why he promised to finish the job within 4 weeks. Even they finished 3 bathrooms remodeling earlier than they promised. I strongly recommend them if anyone has a plan to do a job for remodeling bathrooms. They will finish the job as they promise without any hidden costs!

Leroy made himself available to us for any questions or concerns from the moment he quoted the job through completion (even after). He had very good ideas to help us update our bathroom. His son's work with tile is excellent as is their desire for perfection.

The first positive was that they listened to our requirements and outlined a proposal based on that. Initial estimates provided super fast and the work on the ground was excellent and to plan. Very efficient and most importantly easy to work with. Overall excellent - couldn't fault them on anything. Truly recommend them.

KMS remodeled a master bath, including replacing a tub with a tiled shower. LeRoy responded quickly to my original inquiry via Home Advisor, he promptly answered the questions I had during the planning stage, showed up on schedule, and completed the project on schedule and on budget. The workmanship was very good and it was a pleasure to have them around the house. Can't ask for more than that! I would use KMS again without hesitation.

They were friendly and worked diligently throughout the day. I was impressed that they took the time to thoroughly clean up at the end of each day and put down drop cloths for my rugs and wood floors while the work was ongoing. Leroy was right on schedule with the start and finish dates of the project. I will recommend him without reservation.

Leroy was professional and timely. Started work very quickly and completed in a timely fashion. Worked hard for a complete day cleaned up everything and made me inspect everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction! I had never met this man before and as a result of the outstanding work , have now given him 3 other projects at my house to give me estimates on!
