They did a very good job and showed up every day as they were supposed to.
Description of Work: They cleaned the house after a probelm with the furnace. They cleaned carpets and walls.

Very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude. Were unconcerned about our needs. Was told they would cover my furniture with plastic tarps before doing demo work and didn't. When they left I had insulation and sheet rock dust all over the rooms. I had to hire a different company to come and clean up after them and do the repairs. Machines used for air filtration/dehumidifying were dirty and had dead wasps on top of filters.

Customer "wanted" substantially more than was allowed by insurance carrier, and certainly more than was justified by water loss. Digital photos taken before, during and after service clearly refute all claims concerning our lack of clean-up. First company called in by customer to render services refused to render due to customer attitude/demands?
