I have a huge amount of gratitude for this company. I hired Richie's Roofing to put on 3 new roofs this summer. One was a flat roof and very expensive to replace, but Richie came in with a fair price for this type of roof. Paying out over $50,000 for new roofs this summer, I needed someone trustworthy, dependable and good! I could not be happier with my choice. I found Richie and his crew to be friendly, very knowledgeable, honest, responsive and reliable. I had a hard time rating punctuality as there were delays due to rain and everything that makes scheduling for a roofing company difficult. They did a good job juggling their responsibilities and being in good communication about any changes in schedule. Richie's roofing does quality, very professional work. His customer service skills were phenomenal. After working with other, not so good contractors, I found working with Richie a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and even fixed the problems that a previous roofer had left behind. Hire Richie, I don't think you will be disappointed!

I bought the special deal to clean gutters. He missed our regular scheduled appt but called me and explained. He reschedule ed and arrived on time. It didnt take long at all for the work to be performed. Showed me a pic of broken boot around gutter. Gave me a good price to replace it. I had it done and was pleased with the work. He also told me that I should think about replacing the roof and gave me an estimate as well.

Richie, the owner, was friendly, arrived on time for the scheduled appointment and was very professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns regarding my roof. He recommended a minor repair for the roof. He also cleaned the gutters. In my opinion, the contractor did an outstanding job. I highly recommend him for any client/customer that needs a new roof or roof repairs or a gutter cleaning.

It didn't go. Went back and forth with email. The last email to them was on 6/29 and I got no response.

I could not give Richie's Roofing a better review. He was completely professional in his communication, promptness, execution of the job and , very importantly to me, his ease to work with. He made the scheduling extremely easy and answered all my queries promptly. He showed up exactly on schedule and communicated with me exactly what he was going to do. He even took pictures of the gutters to show me their condition. I now know exactly the condition of the gutters beyond my view. All of my future business will be going to Richie's Roofing!!!!!

Richie was extremely professional in all respects, especially with communication, scheduling, contract, permit, punctuality, & warranty. His crew was extremely hard-working and did a great job using quality materials during the 3 consecutive days in the bright sun on my roof. They also did a great job in cleaning up throughout and after the job was completed. I really liked the cooler magnet roller they used to pick up loose nails on our lawn, patio, & driveway! I am extremely pleased with Richie's Roofing and recommend them with no hesitation to anyone looking to have a real professional roofing job done. You will not be disappointed. Richard and his crew were amazing!! I just purchased this fixer upper single family and the roof was shot. After calling around and getting a bunch of quotes I found Richie's Roofing to be the most qualified and very competitively priced. My phone calls and questions were always answered promptly . Richie and his crew came out on the weekend to squeeze me into his busy schedule .The new roofs looks great and the guys cleaned up the job site perfectly. I am SO HAPPY with my new roof and now I can continue to work on the inside with out worries of further water damage. Thank you Richie's Roofing!!! Highly recommend this company!

Work performed was good. However, even though I paid at the time of service, he did not provide invoice for several weeks.

Richie's Roofing gave me a fair price with top of the line results. The guys came out and replaced a fairly large roof in two days. The guys were super professional and very cognizant of keeping the workplace clean and organized. They tore off two layers of shingles and replaced with the proper underlayment and everything that you would expect with a new roof. I couldn't be happier, it looks terrific. I've given Richie's Roofing card to my realtor for any future roofing project she may know of. A+++

Richie came by Thursday afternoon for an estimate as promised. Came by Friday afternoon with the contract and workers arrived before the time slot (which was great) on Saturday morning. They also fixed a few shingles on the garage at no extra charge. Richie adhered to the cost and time as promised. Great experience and will definitely use in the future if needed.

They arrived on time and were very professional. They informed me that due to the pitch and square footage of my roof, that there would be additional charges. I was not prepared for the additional service amount and therefor have to cancel the Big Deal for now.

Took a bit to get in touch and get service coordinated but once we set date they were very punctual and reported back to me immediately following the visit with what they had done. It has not rained since their visit so I am not able to report if gutters are working better but feel pretty positive they did a thorough job.

Richie responded to my purchase quickly and scheduled an appointment for two days later. He arrived on time and did a great job. There was one small section of gutters which were close to our power lines and he wanted to clean those with a backpack blower rather than risking getting too close to the wires. He told me he would be back today, and as promised, he returned, just to do that small section. He also found a couple of issues with our roof, which need to be addressed with our insurance company. Richie was a pleasant professional guy and a pleasure to do business with. I would highly recommend him.

Richie was fabulous! 1 - he responded within hours of our purchase; 2 - he arrived a few minutes early; 3 - he bagged up the leaves when he was done rather than leaving them all over the ground; 4 - was extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend Richie to anyone!

The work Richie's Roofing did was unbelievable . After this brutal winter we wanted to redo our windows to make our home more energy efficient and honestly we were fed up with the high electric bills and cold drafts not to mention the look of our old windows. From the start Rich was a very professional and respectful. He gave us many options in pricing and gave us what he recommended and he fit everything we had into our budget. The final product was beautiful and gave us a 15 year labor warranty and I couldn't be happier and I look forward to having him work on other properties I own.

From Richies first visit through the final nail being hammered, I could not have been more pleased and comfortable dealing with Richies Roofing. Richard is professional, courteous, true to his word and an excellent craftsmen.The workers on the job, were punctual, and polite, which is all you can ask when you have kids in the house all day .I also never felt like I was being rushed over as just another job, nor being lax and taking their sweet time to milk the clock so it seemed as if they were doing "more labor". Finally, after RR finished the job, the yard was spotless, no stray shingles, no stray pieces of wood (they had to replace some of the decking because of rotting wood) or nails, which is a God send when i have kids running around my yard barefoot half of the time and it only takes one left over nail to ruin a weekend! To be honest, I have been a resident of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Chicago, and now CT and honestly, I have never had this lever of comfort with ANY contractor. I will definitely be using Richie's to do my upcoming window and siding jobs!

The whole process was fantastic from beginning to end. As new home owners, this was our first time dealing with an expensive, but necessary home renovation project. After the excessive amount of snow this past winter, our roof was leaking in one area and a part of the gutter was broken. We contacted Richie's Roofing for a free roof assessment and estimate as well as a few other contractors big and small. Right off the bat, Richie's struck us as the most professional and courteous. The estimator came to a**** our situation the same day that we called them. He was extremely friendly but very knowledgeable and informative and did not place us in a high pressure sales situation as some other companies did. The estimate was exactly what we wanted, an estimate, not a sales pitch. After roughly a week of weighing the prices and options, we decided to go with Richie's to replace our roof. The price was unbeatable and they treated us with attention and respect as if we were their only customers. Also their warranty was great piece of mind and the financing options were great although we did not need them due to the low price. We contacted them on a Monday afternoon and they were able to get started immediately the next morning. The whole process only took two days to complete. The owner of the company even stopped by a couple times to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. By Thursday morning, our home had a beautiful new roof and gutters that were not only visually appealing but a great piece of mind to know that we had a great quality roof over our heads for years to come. The best part was on Thursday morning, it looked like there was never a construction crew here. The yard and driveway were clean, and you could never even tell we had work done (Unless you had previously seen our old, rotting roof). The folks from Richie's contacted us a week later to make sure we were satisfied and to see if there was anything else they could do.
