I was very impressed with JD Construction's immediate responsiveness, but JD Construction gets very low marks on post-job follow-through. He said he would come back and finish work and never did. Really too bad, because it was fine until he didn't follow through and finish the job. Sadly, he already has our money. I would let him know that there are better ways to resolve things than by simply not showing up ever again. Too bad.

Joseph did a great job helping with a downspout problem on my gutter. He fabricated a repair and took care to make sure it was sealed properly. The price for the work was a little high but he responded quickly and was very helpful so I did not mind.
