Richard has been fantastic in helping. Not only the quality but friendliness and efficiency .He has always gone out of his way to help. He literally rebuilt our pond including the pump system. Pricing was reasonable.

Rich & Mike came & corrected a problem we had for the past 6 years with a leak in our pond. After much thought & discussion, the problem was solved & we are extremely happy with the entire Project and the pricing was very fair. It is good to see a craftsman who is knowledgeable, determined & takes great pains to insure customer satisfaction, something lost in business today. Rich will always be our #1 pond guy. Thanks

Richard Pippenger completely rebuilt, upgraded and enlarged a small, poorly designed pond and waterfall with terrific results. His estimate was extremely fair, his aesthetic judgment was excellent, his work was meticulous, and his manner was relaxed and good humored but always professional. He delivered more than he promised, clearing and regrading the area around the pond and incorporating and extending an existing stone wall into the design. He was communicative and collaborative throughout. His expertise on everything from fish and plants to equipment and stonework made talking with him an education. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Richard was very responsive to our needs and desires.He rebuilt our original waterfalls,added a pond and skimmer AND a second waterfall and lights.We are very happy the result.
