 + -1 moreI had one representative come out, assess the job, return an estimate, and book an appointment for approximately one month out. When I called to confirm with him the day before, he transferred me to a different rep who then told me that they were not coming. I inquired as to why, and rep claimed he left four messages on my machine confirming appointment, and being that I had not responded, took it upon himself to cancel. I told him that I had not received any messages from him, and thought maybe he had called a wrong number. He said no. Because of our home phone system capabilities, we are able to track all incoming calls for the past sixty days. No one ever called to confirm the appointment. Had I not called the day before the supposed 'scheduled' appointment to confirm myself, I would have been waiting for them to show, and they never would have. Extremely unprofessional and rude and well as completely dishonest employee action.
