septic tank
 + -1 moreThe service provider I spoke to over the phone talked me through several possibilities for a fix, some of which could become quite costly, but told me before he came to the premises, I might try some DIY fixes that cost nothing. They worked; the problem disappeared and has not returned. His honest, prompt response was so appreciated. I would not hesitate a minute in contacting him for any problem which may arise in the future.
Description of Work: I had an odor permeating my house and assumed it was from my septic tank. I called John's Septic Service (whose name I got from Angie's List), spoke to a receptionist and received a call back within 20 minutes.
